We love this Company! Our water heater failed and although under contract, we were told the earliest appointment we could get was in 5 days...and that was just to inspect the water heater. The thought of a weeks worth of cold showers was not appealing so we searched for a 24 hour service and came upon Water Heaters Only. Matt Hoffman came out and installed a new water heater all within 7 hours of placing a call. Matt was super knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and his work was impeccable! Awful business. Guy John came and looked at my water heater and told me it wasn't my water heater but a busted pipe under my house. Paid $65 to this company . Then paid a plumber came to my house- showed me it was the water heater plainly. So, another day with leaking water heater. This company that is supposed to know about water heaters - it was sooo obvious it was the water heater

Great service and installation! A very straightforward business. So professional and helpful when I messaged on Yelp and when I called the business. They were able to get a scheduled visit for me for the next day -- on a Saturday morning no less! They were candid with the fact that my water heater was too old and may need complete replacement. John called before my appointed time slot to confirm his visit, and when he arrived, he was efficient, professional, and got to work right away. Three hours later, everything is all done, hot water works, and I am totally happy. I'm keeping this business on speed dial and highly recommend them for their customer service, skills, efficiency, and trustworthiness.

Great service and very knowledgeable! Brandon Nelson was our technician and he was prompt and replaced our special water heater perfectly. Not only was he very good at installing our extra difficult water heater correctly, but he was also very speedy in doing so. I called around other places and got responses of not knowing or understanding the type of water heater we needed replaced, or they didn't want the hassle of our type of water heater. In addition, was given a much higher quote to replace it. Water Heaters Only know their stuff and I am happy I went with the pros! Brandon didn't not disappoint and was amazing! Got it done in a quick manner and we are very satisfied! Would recommend this company for any and all your water heater needs!

After 19 years our water heater started leaking. It had been installed by Water Heaters Only so we felt comfortable using them again to install another. We were not disappointed. We called them the afternoon we discovered the leak and Brandon arrived at 10:30 a.m. the next day. He was properly masked, as were we, and examined our setup and obtained a quote from the company. The price seemed fair, although sadly higher than 19 years ago! Brandon explained everything he had to do and was careful in his work. He cleaned up nicely afterwards and called later in the day to check if we had any problems or questions. We couldn't be more satisfied.

Great service. Observing COVID 19 rules. Got the old water heater remove in just a few minutes and then hooked up the new one making sure each connection was perfect.
Took the time to show me how to light the pilot and set the temperature. I was very satisfied and would in courage you use these guys.
