Woke early morning to find garage floor flooded with water gushing from bottom of my water heater tank. I originally had appointment set up with a Bonney plumbing to come look at & if needed replace hot water heater but, when they were over three hours late my wife started looking for someone else. She found the # for Water Heaters Only. I called & spoke to Nic & explained our situation. A badly leaking hot water heater. Soonest he could come out for first thing the next day. I booked the appointment with him, sent him photos so he could give me a quote & things were all set. Within 20 minutes Nic called & said they had a cancellation & they could come out the same day. Heck yes I took that appointment. The technician John showed up & was nothing but polite & professional to my wife. John knocked it bout of the park. By time I got home from work he was done & we had hot water.

Asked for a quote for my broken water heater to be looked at. She tells me my model is too old and they dont make parts for it anymore. Itll cost be $2000 for a new one.

I call the next place and they repair the starter switch for $200 after going to home depot for me to grab it. Problem solved same day.

Dont let these guys take you for a ride.

They replaced our water heater with a Bradford White. John was friendly and explained every thing upfront. He was quick and the installation looks clean and professional. They were a lot more reasonable in price than the others we had quote the job in comparison shopping. The other selling point to us is that's what these guys do water heaters period, not water heaters, HVAC windows and what ever else you've got to make money on you. These guys were great all around and I have no problem recommending them to others. I hope the unit is trouble free and lasts a long time!

I had called two other local places to have a hot water heater replacedon my rental. The tenant had no hot water and the first place I called took all my info and did not show up, when I called they said they were waiting for me to call them with tenants phone number which they initially said they would get by email. I ended up calling Water Heaters Only and they were nice on phone and competent . They said they could get some one out quickly to look and give me an estimate. I got a call from the tech shortly after and he was already on his way. He called me back with an estimate and the price was less than two other places I had checked. I authorized it and they installed it right away. Problem fixed ! The guy I talked to when I first called ( Greg) called me back later thanking for my business and though wow these people are really good. Highly recommended !
