My water heater pilot light was out. The ignition switch was broken. I called and asked if they can replace the ignition switch. They said they would need to replace the entire control valve but the good news was that my heater was ""still under warranty"". They quoted $175 to come and diagnose and the labor would be about $300 but the part was under warranty. Total price around $475. Note that the valve would cost about $200 if I wanted to replace it myself. I drove to Plumbing City and picked up the ignition switch for $15 and replaced it myself in less than 2 minutes. Heater works fine now and no need to replace the valve. Another attempt of getting ripped off avoided. NONE of these service companies can be trusted.

My water heater went out one night and the next morning I called Water Heaters Only and was very happy that I did. They scheduled a time for that afternoon and then called me back to say they had an earlier time slot and they asked if they could come then, which I appreciated. The two installers seemed to know what they were doing and didn't try to upsell me anything and the quote was the price I paid. They were communicative, neat and pleasant. Highly recommend!

My water heater was old and needed to be replaced. Water Heaters Only put the last water heater in over 20 plus years ago. I'm using this company again because I had zero issues with the water heater and zero issues with the installation . The office was very helpful in scheduling. Mario and Max arrived as scheduled. Called as they were on their way. Mario and Max arrived and used COVID-19 protocols. They did. an excellent jobs in an timely manner. The technician was Daniel Van Hove and he communicated very well regarding arrival time and was very polite and knowledgeable in explaining the issues and the work that was done. Had 2 waters installed in the main house and the guest house by Daniel VanHove. He arrived on time, was very friendly and polite. He explained a lot of things about the new water heaters and seemed very knowledgeable! Who knew there was so much to know about them?! Once installed, they looked very professional and functional! Their price was $700 less than a couple estimates given by 2 other plumbers! Very pleased with Water Heaters Only!

Update
We did receive a quote ahead of time but some how the cost was 300 more than the quote. Meanwhile the water heater is in an exterior closet that was easily accessible, the technician took 90 min to install it, and the water heater itself only cost 600. So you charged me 1300 for 90 min of work. You did so bc you came late in the day and you knew we would pay and when you saw our home you knew we could pay. And as for the technician he was paid a commission - as shared w us by your staff - which seems odd for what others would consider an hourly service. What I cannot figure out is why fight that you scr3w3d us. It is what it is.

Wow Great service and Brad did a great install of the new water heater.
All done and in 8 hours from when I called. WHO will do all our water heaters from now on. Forgot also a great price.
