Water Heaters Only was awesome from the phone call I made at 2:30am to finishing the job of installing a new water heater the next day. I had another plumber earlier in the morning come out and gave me an estimate that was 2x the quote over the phone-told him ""No Thanks!""

My WHO technician, Thomas, was wonderful! He was very patient with me as he was teaching me where my main water line is and how to turn it off if anything happened in the future. He was never demeaning or condescending as he answered my questions, as I have experienced in the past with other professional home repair/service men. Thomas was very professional and I would highly recommend him and WHO. The price I paid was even below the lowest price quote I received from several other plumbing companies I called--can't beat that!

Just had this company come out and handle some repairs on our water heater. Not only was the repair guy, Fabien, on time, courteous and professional, but when I had a problem with a deal on the Yelp page, the woman in the marketing department was able to assist me and honored the deal with kindness and grace. It is clear why this company has been around for so long, because they make sure customers are happy. Hopefully we won't have any more problems with our water heater, but if we do, I will be calling them. Would highly recommend.

I was in need of a water heater replacement, so looked on Angies List and found Water Heaters Only,Inc. I liked the reviews and decided to go with them. I called at 11, the technician arrived at 12. He gave me the estimate, which I thought was reasonable and I gave him the go ahead. Ron was my installer/tech and was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and worked quickly. I liked that he explained things to me through out the replacement process and at the end on how to drain/flush my new unit. Great service Ron!! I highly recommend Water Heaters Only! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends

Had my water heater replaced. Great fast and friendly service. No annoying attempts to sell extras. The tech arrived around 12 and was done around 2. Cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend these guys.

I called them with a few questions, which they answered to my satisfaction and I scheduled them for the next day to replace my water heater. everything went smoothly. Mike was my tech/plumber and he was great. The only thing that was curious was the price point was told to me on the spot after Mike wrote up his notes containing type of water heater and various parts needed for California compliance and job completion. I'm used to seeing parts and labor spelled out in detail on an invoice along with price points for each. Now the price was fair only because I did my homework and contacted Sears, Home Depot and Lowes and I know at the end of the day I saved a few dollars and feel confident that the Defender Atmospheric vent model by Bradford White is a solid USA made water heater. So overall a little unorthodox for me but everyone was professional and nice.

We discovered our water heater was leaking on New Years Eve and then could smell gas. The gas company came out and red tagged it so we could not use it at all. Water Heaters only made arrangements to come out on Friday morning January 2, 2015 (very reasonable with the holiday) they made an appointment that they kept and their communication was very good. When service technician, Ron G, called me to tell me when he would arrive he was right on time! Such a pleasure to work with he was patient with questions and explained everything as this water heater was quite different then the one replaced which was 20 years old.
I would highly recommend this company. They are prompt, professional, courteous and very customer oriented. Everything was completed within the timeframes provided and the installation was even completed more quickly. Thank you so much Water Heaters Only---you were everything I could have expected and more!!!!!

it's been about a month now and we love our water heater! we had a very problematic older water heater and its pilot light would never stay lit. i called and asked when they could stop by and they were available the same day. they came in, evaluated our old water heater, removed it, installed the new one and were out the door in just over an hour!

ever since it's been great and it's far quieter than our previous one (had some popcorn, sediment issues). we are thankful that we don't have to worry about our water heater anymore and we have ""WHO"" to thank!
