Woke up in the morning (9/25/2018) to lukewarm water and discovered my 15-year-old water heater had kicked the bucket. I called WHO and they sent over Tony in just a couple of hours wait. He installed a new heater right away! Couldn't recommend them more!

Solid company. Delivered as promised. Water heater went out late last night and Tony came out first thing in the morning. Got the old one out, repaired the water damaged decking, and swapped in a new one all within 2 hours. Very professional and courteous. Thanks Tony!

Outstanding job (invoice number 1028827). Called and asked for same day replacement. An immediate estimate was given to me. The estimate was better or comparable to the other three I checked with. Was told that an installer (Tony) would be to house in about two hours. Actually it only took and hour. Gave the OK when the written estimate was given to me. Was told it would be two hours and it turned out the be exactly that. Tony did an exceptionally professional installation job. The entire transaction was without any difficulty. Additionally the old heater was hauled away. Would not hesitate to recommend Water Heaters Only and the installer.

We had our water heaters pilot light malfunction, of course when the husband is gone. The first place quoted me an absurd amount, and wanted to replace the whole thing. so I called water heaters only, and what a difference. They were so nice, knew their stuff and were out within two hours to fix it. Mike was amazing, he was honest, knowledgeable, fast, worked for me for a fair price and didn't try and make a woman feel stupid. Highly recommend if you call, ask for Mike!!!

Called this am to request a water heater replacement, after finding the company on Angie's List. I hadn't looked here.

I was quoted $1,300 - $1,500 after I provided the serial # and model of my current gas water heater. When I mentioned that we had a recirculation pump attached, the company representative told me that would be covered by the high-end of his quote.

When Mark showed up, he quoted me $2,200, and told me that the guys in the office don't know what it costs (then why have them provide an estimate at all?), and he'd asked them not to be unrealistic with customers. What?!

Mark then said we would probably need an expansion tank, which no one else had mentioned after we'd gone through 3 water heaters already (we've lived in our house for some time). He wasn't able to clarify why it might be needed, and although I asked why he thought that had never come up before, I didn't expect him to explain (he didn't, and I didn't press him).

Finally, when we talked about the cost, and I mentioned that I understood (from a response the Company posted to a review in Angie's List) that the service fee for showing up ($159) would be applied to the total bill, Mark said no, it would not be. He then said he'd charge me the service fee, plus materials, plus his labor (all 3, as he ticked them off on his fingers). That sounded like a minimum of $2,359.

I asked him what he'd do if he were in my shoes and had been told the conflicting information I'd received, and he said he'd get estimates from other companies. It seemed clear that he wasn't interested in doing the work, so I helped him with that issue. The only positive thing I can say is that he agreed not to charge me for simply coming in the house to see where the water heater was.

Our water heater went out on us yesterday. We were referred to Water Heaters Only via our home warranty. We had an immediate response from them and sent out Tony on 7.19.18.FN6591663A He was amazing! Right on time, professional, and took the time to help me understand what the situation was. He assessed that we needed a new control panel and then a few minutes later it was determined that we needed a whole new water heater. In the same day Tony returned and changed out the old for the new. THANK YOU TONY! (again) This is a great company with super employees.

My Water heater was leaking and needed replacing. Spoke with Tom who was very helpful over the phone, he scheduled a service call the next day. Mario (#98083) came out on 6/16, he was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and considerate. By far the greatest and most professional experience we have had in terms of home improvement. Tony was incredibly professional and extremely considerate, especially considering the location of our water heater in our home. They were incredibly prompt when we called on a Monday and came that Wednesday and kept a positive attitude throughout the entire process. We highly recommend calling if you need any water heater replacement, and Tony is by far the best you could ask for.

I called this morning trying to get someone to come and check out our water heater. The lady on the phone was extremely? impatient and RUDE
and refused to send someone to come and check out my water heater. She talked like, ""uh. well. I can't send someone there unless we know we can fix the problem for sure.""
Um...how would I know if you can fix the problem for sure if (a) I am not the plumber in the conversation, else I won't need to call you, and (b) I don't know your ability to fix something, so that's why I need you to come out...make sense?
Please have some common sense and courtesy? for your customer!

I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.
