Nothing wrong with my water heater, but I was concerned about it getting old and needing replacement. I used them before for my previous heater replacement and was pleased with the results.

Will G. came out the same day and let us know that everything was fine for a couple of more years, and he walked us through the work necessary to convert from gas to electric. Very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of service from WHO, the reasonable fee for the consultation, and with Will G.

It's not a fun thing to unexpectedly have to replace a water heater, but Water Heaters Only made the experience simple and seamless. I called when I noticed our water heater was leaking and they were courteous and friendly on the phone and got me scheduled that day. Kevin West came out to do the replacement, and he was very friendly and professional. He explained the process, provided a quote and got our new water heater installed well. Even without knowing the technical details, it's clearly a better install job than whoever did the last one. Would definitely recommend!

Great service! We had a new water heater installed by Water Heaters Only back in December, 2023. The outlet pipe developed a small leak in early May and they did the repair free of charge today. We were under warranty but they could have said the leak was caused by non-install factors. The technician was friendly, explained the issue, and did the repair quickly and effectively, on a Sunday! We feel like valued customers.

Their service technicians Kevin responded to our call on a Sunday 3/4/24 and he was back on Monday with Loni and a new water heater. They just completed our job # 199398. They did a thorough and professional job, were well-mannered, ensured that the new heater was installed in accordance with the latest city permit codes, cleaned up the work area, and hauled away the old water heater. It was a perfect home service experience from start to finish.
