After discussing my options, it was decided it was a 2 man job.The next morning Steve and Loni removed my ""dead"" tank and efficiently installed a new one. They worked as a smooth, very professional and knowledgeable team.They were done earlier that quoted.They did not leave any trace that they had been here. Pure gold!

I contacted water heaters only and purchased a new hot water heater which was installed by the technician Mo Tau who is very personable knowledgeable and very easy to work with (We always have questions) and understand. Nadine C.Great customer service. The technician, Niack came out on a Sunday. Called to tell me he was on his way. Explained the options and cost, then replaced our old water heater. Our old water heater wasn't quite up to code no safety straps so he fixed that. Now I have pan to catch the water if it ever goes out again. I was worried about mold so he sprayed some bleach stuff on the wood and drywall. Our water line coming in was funky so we had him fix that too. Before he left he showed me how it works etc. Great work and I would recommend.
G E.Great job. Turned up on Sunday. Outlined options. Minimal fix right up to replacement. My heater was 7 years old so I went for a complete replacement. Will was quick and efficient. Made a few improvements re grounding and sediment collector in gas line. I think the service was excellent and recommend.
