Called WHO after our 75 Gallon LP heater died. Customer service instructed us they had no WH's that would fit our needs, they would have to locate one. If WH's is ALL you do, wouldn't it make sense to stock ALL versions? Asked about tankless, wanted to sell us 2 units at $8,000 to $10,000 installed when one 11 GPM is all we needed. What a RIP OFF!

Chris just came to our home and assessed our situation and determined that we did not need to replace the water heater at this time ( money is tight ) he is old school....a rare find in this day
in age...he went through the system and explained what to keep an eye on and for future
reference aspects of there product and installation process..this is the way to do business
and there is no question that this is the company I will employ in the future...they ROCK

I was in a bind yesterday when I came back form vacation to find out the heater was leaking. I called Water Heaters Only late and they were able to let me know what to do and they sent Matt in the morning. He explained what was needed; was incredibly professional and helpful and above all calm. He was able to get me a new water heater installed and replaced in no time. Just amazing. I used them 10 years ago and was glad they had placed a sticker on the heater itself to make sure who to call. It was the right choice 10 years ago and even more so now.

I called the (888) number listed on the sticker put on my water heater and spoke to a man that was VERY unhelpful with poor customer service. He always responded with ""okay..."" He also hung up on me. Please work on your customer service skills///!!

I left San Diego heading back to Oregon fearing my girlfriends water hear was about to die. Thankfully I was able to contact Matt at Water Heaters Only who said they would be able to come out and take a look. They had installed the previous water heater back in 1998, which lasted 15 years!

That evening Matt was able to explain to my girlfriend over the phone how to turn off the water to prevent it from leaking and bursting. This greatly relieved her anxiety. The next day Matt and co-worker were in the garage ready to install the new water heater but did not have an electric model hand so they came back the next day and give us a discount as a result of the mix up. Matt and his crew were prompt, thorough and very personable. It was a great comfort to know it was being handled honest helpful folk.

We would recommend Water Heaters Only to any and all in need of a quick reasonably priced repair.

I got a referral to Water Heaters only from a friend. I called them and they came out the same day, Order # 1041944. Chad initially called me to tell me he was on his way to my home. He arrived promply and installed my water heater. He gave me a price before he did the work, explained what he was going to do, and did the work in the alotted time, and cleaned up after himself. When he was finished, he showed me what he had done, answered all my questions and explained various things about the new water heater, i.e. lighting the pilot. Chad was very polite and appeared to be quite competant. All in all, the replacement of my water heater was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this company to anyone in need af their products.
