WHM responded very quickly and professionally to our request for a quote. Our old water heater had a major leak on a Friday evening before a major holiday weekend. I'm so incredibly thankful that they were able to come out the very next morning. I appreciate that Jason showed up right on time and masked up. He quickly installed a high-quality water heater, tidied up nicely when done, and went over warranty and basic information with me before leaving. They simplified the process for us and seamlessly resolved a stressful situation. Highly recommend!

My water heater was leaking, so I called them at about noon, and a technician arrived in about an hour. My water heater is pretty old, so as expected, it needed to be replaced. In total, it was $1650, which I thought was a fair price. There is a 6 yea warranty for the heater, and 1 year for parts and labor. The workers were polite and professional, and now I have hot water.

I totally recommend this company! Saved our lives! This review is about one or two months old so I can't remember all the details since I have ""mom brain"".

But Alex and Mike provided Great customer service! Turns out, We needed a new water heater when we thought out pilot light just went out.. but it was also leaking water. Ugh, our pockets was screaming from the bad news. Lol.

At least we have a new water heater that's up to date and better looking than the broken 30 year old one. Thank you so much for your help! Amazing!!! We couldn't be happier :)

Called these guys and they were able to come out within 24 hours. They gave us a reasonable quote over the phone (compared to others who were charging double and couldn't guarantee it would work). The repairman was early and courteous. Definitely would use them again.

Eddy is awesome, He replaced our water heater. He showed up on time and did the installation with professionalism. I highly recommend water heater master for your water heater replacement.

Our water heater started making backfire sounds and the flame was making a stuttering sound. Eventually the water heater gave out, scheduled an appointment the day before and the installer came out the next day.

The guy that came out was straight forward and pointed out what he would replace and have to do. Along with what he may not be able to do.

During the replacement the 7 year old water heater had too much settlement in the tank that was clogging up the drain valve. He had to move the water tank filled with water which was an energy sucker. I went outside to help him drain the tank, while he worked on installing the new tank.

He replaced all the parts that were mentioned and was able to reuse the existing piping for the pressure release valve.

Made an appointment and the technician came the next time exactly the time scheduled. He did an excellent job, including removing the old tank and installing the new tank. Everything is cleaned after the job is done.

Water Heater Masters is aptly named! I made an appointment two months out and they showed up right on time, wearing a mask and ready to work. Mike was the wonderful technician...a veteran of installing water heaters and that's all he does, which was great too...no additional jobs to distract from the most important one. He told me all the techs for the firm strictly work on water heaters---servicing, installing, etc. Mike replaced my 1993 circa 40 gallon heater with a 40 gallon and I couldn't be happier with it. Huge difference and he completed the job in less than two hours, by himself. Also, included some tips and kind enough to duct tape the metal straps so no one would rub against the edges and get hurt.
I highly recommend this company...Alex, the owner and Matthew both were cordial, efficient and helpful on the phone. And they came all the way from Concord to San Rafael, which was also impressive. Great guys all around!
