Excellent same day service on our broken water heater. My husband called this company and was given a 2 hour time frame when someone would be able to come to our house. Bobby came within the 2 hour time frame and got to work replacing our water heater. He said it would take him 2 1/2 hours but he was done within 2 hours. Great service. Thanks Bobby!

I have a Noritz tankless water heater that was installed by another company 6 yrs ago. Hot water was no longer consistent, nor reliable. My troubleshooting led me to believe that the unit needed flushing/scaling.

Since it's located in the attic I called the company who installed it and was basically told they don't service their equipment after 2 years. I found Water Heater Masters on Yelp along with a few others. Alex was quick to respond and we set up an appointment.

On the morning of the appointment Jorge called me about 30 minutes prior to arrival (a nice courtesy!). We discovered that the unit was installed without a service valve. He installed the valve, flushed the unit and we were good to go.

I was extremely pleased with Water Heaters Masters and would definitely recommend them. I only wish I'd known about them before I installed my tankless water heater!

Looks like I picked the right company!

Samuel (forgot his name) who was listed as the Technician on my email receipt was bad ass. My hot water heater passed all the tests and he trouble shooted it from bad plumbing to a two pipe change in less than thirty minutes. Honestly with three days of no hot water and myself messing with Internet trouble shooting for hours on end, he could have charged me anything he wanted. Only cost me $125 with a $20 dollar tip....should have tipped more but I'm cheap I guess. Will only call this company in the future and tell anyone I know to call them too!

Water Heaters Masters were life savers. My 50 gallon hot water heater developed a leak. Water everywhere in the garage. I called them after hours and they answered the phone. I had a serviceman, Mike W. at my front door at 8 AM the next day. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained how efficient the new replacement unit was and he installed the new hot heater in less than 2 hours. No hassle or high pressure sales or bait and switch. Just a great replacement ""Brand Name"" heater at a very competitive price. Being an authorized dealer....you know they will be there if you need them. I would give them 10 stars if I could... Highly recommended.

Called them up late Wed afternoon and they were able to replace my old leaky water heater on the same day. Alex was very patient and was able to answer all my questions.
Brian showed up and was able to replace the water heater in under 2 hours. He was very professional and you can tell that he was very experienced. He took the time to adjust the earthquake strap and have to improvise a little bit in order to secure the tank properly. Overall very happy with the installation.

I was charged slightly higher than what was originally quoted but because it was already late I just paid the higher amount. A quick call to Alex the following day and he honored the original quote and refund the difference.

I needed a valve replaced on my water heater. I was blessed with Bobby as my technician. This wonderful man, explained what was happening with the valve. He checked the water pressue to the home, to make sure it was not to high. Then he replaced the part. They stood by the warranty, that came with the water heater 2 years ago. I cannot believe these guys have so many good reviews. the first time when I had my heater installed some clown named Mike came out and installed it and did a real bad job, so I decided to let it go and then about a year later the water heater broke down. so the owner named Matt came out with attitude and basically just re lit my pilot... The thing that really bothered me was this guy had so much beer on his breath... I cannot believe that there are contractors intoxicated working at people's homes I would never use this company again

Very professional and priced right!

I called the owner on Wednesday and had a technician show up to my place on Friday to deal with maintenance and a part installation on my tankless water heater.

The Technician called 20 minutes before his scheduled appointment time to confirm, once he arrived he was courteous and professional, i.e. cleaning up after himself. Moreover the quote they gave me was significantly lower than that of their competitors.

Mike (the Technician) collected his payment via a cube card swipe and was in-and-out in under two hours.

What a refreshing change from some others in San Ramon, to have a really stellar firm replace my waterheater. I am very pleased with the end result and the SERVICE from Mike. I really appreciate the fact he didn't park in anyone's way and went about the job efficiently without impeding on anyone but my property since last week's ""episode"" with PC. Contractors who ""sprawl"" all over need to be reminded their work is usually for one house and one house ONLY. DELIGHTED this firm IS SO efficient and organized in laying out their work and doing the job. Absolutely recommend ""hands down"" for all the reasons cited above. Others could take their ""cue"" from this company...
