Our water heater went out this week and it was absolutely freezing cold alongside freezing cold water. It was a Saturday night and we couldn't wait any longer so we submitted a project ticket on Yelp.

Cesar was the first to respond and at first, while I was skeptical, I visited his Instagram and saw a video where he talked about an issue we had with our delayed heat. I knew he understood what we needed and scheduled an appointment.

He called me within minutes and was on his way as well as en route within a total of 30-45 minutes. Once he arrived, he went and analyzed the issue then finally got it up and running. I really appreciated that Cesar broke down the additional issues and showed areas to look out for.

I would definitely recommend and plan to call on Water World for my future needs.
