woke up and realized the hot water wasn't working when I had to take a cold shower. I hate cold showers so I called the water heater specialists and I was able to get someone to come out to my house in just a few hours. Victor was punctual, professional and efficient! I would definitely give this business a call again!

I should have checked their review before calling the number from old boiler heater unit. Someone came and just took a look for couple of minutes and told us we need the new unit. Cannot repair. We paid $89 for that. Next day my bro called them for service. They said we have to pay $2100 after $89 credit to replace the new one. My bro said ok. We know they charged a lot more than others. Most company can do it with around $1500 including labor & unit. We don't mind paying more because they said they can come in few hours. Yes, they did come and install it. The problem is here.
After 1 week, the boiler heater has problem, we called them to see it again. They said we need to replace PRV again and charged us for another $700. What I was thinking is my old boiler heart was good and just need to replace PRV. But the very first guy who came to check just said we need to replace new boiler hear to make money or he carelessly check the unit. Now we are paying about $3000 to replace boiler hearter when others can do it with $1500 or less. Since that time I crossed their ph number from the boiler heater in case someone see it and called them in the future. (Their 40G boiler heart is not really good brand too)

Nick was great last week - came fast replaced our water heater within a couple of hours - we were headed out of town and got the job done so we could even keep our plans. We live in SF on third floor - and had an emergency when our water heater began leaking quickly and we had to turn off the water. Nick was very helpful and did an excellent job installing the new water heater with upgraded gas valves etc that had been improperly installed the last time by another company. No cutting corners - great work. Thanks for good and thorough job! Will call again or recommend to others.

On a Saturday morning, our hot water heater decided to call it quits and leave my wife and I with no hot water.

They were great to work with - wore a mask the whole time and explained things clearly. They attempted a repair saying it was worth a shot b/c it was cheaper than replacing the whole unit and explained that if it failed to fix the issue it would serve as credit towards a replacement. We turned it back on, they left, and it worked for about 2 hours before failing again.

They were back out same day to replace it. Andy did a great job. He took one look at several pipes & valves in my water heater closet and said they should be replaced b/c they were old and corroded. Now, everything looks much tidier and more ""professional"" (if that makes sense) than what had been there before b/c it was now all neatly organized. Best of all, the quoted price for the replacement did not change even with the additional work to replace the pipes & valves.

They may not be the cheapest, but I say that you often get what you pay for. I was impressed with the professionalism of the guys who came over, they came over twice on a weekend, didn't immediately jump to the most expensive option, did more work without changing the quote b/c it what ""should"" get done, and installed a highly-rated water heater.

Overall, I'm quite happy with the work they did and how quickly they did it, on a weekend no less. Thanks Rick, Andy, & Vic!
