As a Vietnam Veteran and a recent Retiree from the Aerospace and Higher Education industry, I would like to share a ""secret"" about a quality organization that provides outstanding customer availability through customer satisfaction: On a recent weekend I decided to post a requirement for Air Duct Cleaning at 8:00 pm. and planned to check out the responses the following day. I received an immediate response from Vent Gator at 8:12 pm! The gentleman was very kind and responsive when he requested the ""specs"" to offer a quote and availability. I did receive 8 other responses the following day. However, after reading the reviews on the Vent Gator Website, I decided to accept their quote and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. I have learned that organizations that focus on providing the best services possible also hire the best individuals who can provide quality services through customer satisfaction. The firms' services technician, Jason, is a very kind and dedicated representative of the organization who is willing to answer any and all questions in courteous manner; and, provided the complete cleaning in a reasonable amount of time.
