As a Vietnam Veteran and a recent Retiree from the Aerospace and Higher Education industry, I would like to share a ""secret"" about a quality organization that provides outstanding customer availability through customer satisfaction: On a recent weekend I decided to post a requirement for Air Duct Cleaning at 8:00 pm. and planned to check out the responses the following day. I received an immediate response from Vent Gator at 8:12 pm! The gentleman was very kind and responsive when he requested the ""specs"" to offer a quote and availability. I did receive 8 other responses the following day. However, after reading the reviews on the Vent Gator Website, I decided to accept their quote and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday.
