I called WHS finding them on Google, after my old 26-yo old water heater died and flooded my basement, owner gave me an immediate quote over the phone. They were here within 3 hours and water heater replaced plus the old one hauled away 90 minutes later. Curtis and Kenny were very respectful, pleasant, and professional. The price (~$1600 including $300 in some additional parts my old system needed added on to be up to code) was much lower than other prices I have heard people pay, and the quality of service and parts much higher. He installs higher quality heaters direct from the manufacturer (State AKA A.O. Smith) vs. the dumbed-down heaters (designed to need replacement sooner) designed by Smith for Home Depot, Lowe's per those stores' specifications (to die sooner so they can sell and install more heaters). My model installed by WHS is State gs6-50-brt, can't buy it at Home Depot or Lowe's. Can't recommend highly enough.

As a single female there are very few service companies that I trust are not trying to scam or screw me out of money for not being a subject matter expert when calling a professional. I was given a card for Water Heater Services LLC on Thursday. I called and spoke to Curtis Friday, he emailed me an esimate on Saturday and we made arrangements on Sunday for an install as late as Tuesday afternoon. After a month with no hot water he was able to come out, replace my unit and not rob me blind in the process. I highly recommend his services and I will happily use him again in the future. Thank you Curtis for being incredibly easy to work with, and a pleasure to chat with in my home--and your partner as well! I'm ashamed to say I didn't catch his name, but you were both a delight!

Curtis is knowledgeable and friendly. He does great work and is responsive. Not the cheapest option but honest work. His primary focus is water heater installation and repair but also plumbing.

This company owner was called to repair a hot water heater. He came three times and never fixed the problem. Every rime he left there was a different issue. Only created new issues after he charged nearly $1000 and fixed nothing. This company lacks integrity and the owner should be ashamed of himself. My child and I endured a week without heat or hot water in our home due to his negligence and disregard for his his poor work impacts someone else.Do not choose this company. You will certainly regret it. You will lose money and time from work. You will also have to hire another company to fix the damage he has done.

This is a small company that only replaces residential water heaters. My gas water heater sprung a leak recently and fortunately I was home and caught it before it flooded my house. I researched plumbers and found good ratings for this company on Yelp. After discussing options for replacement with Curtis, the owner, I gave them the go ahead to perform the service. They were able to fit me in immediately and showed up 2 hours later, which was one of the main reason I selected them, along with price and ratings. The job was performed professionally and they left the area clean when they were done. I added a booster, which is a mixing valve, to increase hot water capacity rather than move up from a 50 to 75 gallon heater. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the retail price (Home Depot) for this equipment when agreeing to it. After they left, I was able to check on the actual prices for the water heater installed and the Honeywell mixing valve and found that I was charged significantly more than what a reasonable cost including installation should have been. I also found that the State gas water heater (the model carried on the truck) is the bottom end State 50 gallon model out of three levels, and only has a 6 year warranty versus 8 and up for the better models. I have determined that I over paid by about 20% on the whole job. I contacted the owner by email to discuss this and he never responded. I was definitely taken advantage of and consider them water heater ambulance chasers.

Excellent response time and very professional.

I used the website to request an estimate after 10PM (non-emergency). Curtis called me at 7AM the next morning so he could get me on the schedule for the day.

Curtis explained pricing and was very clear about what to expect. Another local company quoted me $475 to replace a single thermostat (that was the ""sale"" price)

Curtis quoted me less than half of that (very reasonable) and explained they do a full replacement (both elements and both thermostats).

Water Heater Services was a much better value, and I enjoyed speaking with a professional who didn't have to ""check with dispatch"" on a quote.

Water Heater Services replaced a busted gas water heater and installed a pressure regulator valve for us. Scheduling the service was easy and quick. Their price was very reasonable. The technicians, Curtis and Mike, showed up right on time. They were friendly and professional, completed the work quickly, and left no mess behind. I was most impressed with how well they communicated with me. They were completely patient with my many questions and did a great job explaining everything they had done (and why) in layman's terms.
