A few months back our water heater went out. It was leaking water and the pilot light wouldn't light. Asked around and everybody said if it's leaking it's time to change it out. I reached out to a few different companies but Water Heater Service Pro stuck out to me. Their quote wasn't the lowest but wasn't the highest. They are a local family run company so I thought I'd give it a shot. I sent them a message and Enrique got back to me right away, he was willing to come out that day to check it out but I never got back to him until the next day. I reached out if he'd be able to come out and he put us on the schedule that day. I let him know I wouldn't be around due to work but my wife was home and could show him everything. He came by that day, confirmed we need to replace it, confirmed the quoted price and said he could do the job in a couple days, just needed the heater to come in. Day of the appointment another guy shows up right on time starts to replace the water heater. After about 2 hours he informs my wife the way the water heater is made to sit in place does not line up with the current piping so he'd have to run and get some pvc. Joe came to help him at this point and an hour later everything was connected and we had hot water again. They stuck to their quote even with the extra work they had to do and have had no problems since. This is why you support local business! Nothing but class!

When our old tank style water heater started having a small puddle underneath we started reaching out for quotes and quick replacement. Getting a company to come out in a timely manner was difficult. We reached out to Water Heater Service Pro and they came out the next day. They gave us an evaluation and a quick quote letting us know what they recommended and what they had in stock. We asked about another brand and they said they could give us a quote later that day and order it in quickly. We had our new water heater ordered in and installed within a few days, before some of the other companies had come out and before others that had came back with their quotes. Their family team was such a pleasure to work with, my husband and I both commented to each other that we wished they could replace or repair other things for us. When they removed our tank water heater they showed us it was good we were quick because there was so much rust on the bottom it was about ready to let go at any time. I don't understand why all the 5 stars. If I can give a negative star, I would. Bunch of crooks and SCAMMERS. We contacted our home warranty company to have something done & they sent this guy. He was being so nice so I trusted the guy. He asked if I wanted an invoice after paying him the deductible and some extra but I said NO. Big mistake. Here I am, 4 months later, I needed something done again. We called the home warranty & they refused send service because they said we have an outstanding balance that hasn't been paid. We were forced to pay the same amount I paid this guy so we can get things done. I sent him an email so I can have a paper trail. He responded that he will call them with this miscommunication. He replied back saying it's all good and it's already been paid. Well NO ISH Einstein! We paid them so can get things done. I contacted him again and never heard from him ever again. I got scammed and paid twice for a service that wasn't even done right in the first place. Be careful calling this guy. ?

UPDATE! SINCE THEY'RE NOT RESPONDING TO ME. I REQUESTED A SERVICE. OF COURSE THEY'LL SAY THEY CAN'T DO IT! BECAUSE THEY ALREADY SCREW ME OVER!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! SCAMMERS!

NOW HE WANTS ME TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES! LOL, SERIOUSLY! IT'S NOT MY MISTAKE TO FIX. I DON'T NEED TO FIGURE IT OUT WITH THE HOME WARRANTY BECAUSE I HAVE A LIFE. I CAN'T JUST KEEP CALLING THEN FOR HIS MISTAKE! I WANT MY $85 BACK!!

We had a problem with the hot water heater going out at the house. I contacted my home warranty company and they gave me the information for water heater service pro. Enrique called me the next morning and asked me what was going on. He immediately said that he thought my gas had been shut off. Sure enough, I had accidentally tripped the gas meter on the outside by bumping it. It has an automatic shut off valve for earthquakes. I was able to fix it over the phone with his help. I offered to venmo him for his time and he refused, saying that he was glad he could save me money on the service call fee through my home warranty. It is comforting to know that people like Enrique are out there hething out of the goodness of their heart. If I ever need anything in the future with a hot water heater. I will surely be going through him. Thank you again Enrique!

I had the pleasure of having Joe check out my water heater, the problem started Monday at 6am and by 1pm that same day Joe came and took care of the situation, before Joe came I talked with Enrique who was very nice as well and said that someone would come that day, I will recommend them to anyone. Enrique first contacted me in response to my inquiry. He asked for additional details and was willing to listen to my thoughts and actions regarding my water heater repair needs. He scheduled for someone to come to my house the same day without trying to charge me an additional fee. His brother Jose (Joe) showed up at around the time they promised and was also very friendly and attentive. He obviously knew what he was doing and knew his profession. He trouble shot the issue and ultimato located the problem. He bypassed the problem for a temporary solution and provided permanent options. I will definitely use them again if/ when I have issues again in the future.

My husband called Enrique about 11am to get a quote for the replacement of our water heater. In less than 4 hours, the quote was approved by us, and he and his brothers were at our house replacing the water heater. Excellent service, responsible prices. Would definitely recommend!!
