In the middle of unpacking and remodeling, a long, hot shower is a must, so we were quite dismayed. Water Heater Pros came to the rescue - even squeezing us in to an already full schedule. Turns out it was a bad element in need of replacing. The technician expertly and efficiently drained the tank and replaced the element in record time. That was earlier today and tonight we've already been enjoying much hotter water and longer showers. The technician even sent a text to follow up and make sure everything was running as expected. Michelle Y.Water Heater Pros is FANTASTIC!!! I needed a plumber immediately for a new water heater in tricky situation in my developmentally disabled sister's house. Luckily for us, Frank was able to help. He was great to work with, he was polite and patient with me and my sister as well as everyone else in the house!!! He came in and problem solved, took out the old water heater brought in a new one, fixed another faucet problem as well. I will DEFINITELY hire him again!!!
