To say these guys are pros is a gross understatement. They are more like wizards of water heaters. Jose showed up masked on time and immediately diagnosed the problem and said he would get the part and be back at 9am the next morning. About 30 mins. later he called and said one of his guys actually had the part on the truck and could be over in 30 mins.
Ryan showed up and installed the part and we had hot water in less than 3 minutes. That is the most professional plumbing service I have ever seen.
Read the other reviews they had similar great professional experiences.
So go ahead a shop around but you can't do better that this company.

Our 6-year old Noritz tankless water heater suddenly stopped producing hot water. I found this company on the Noritz service website and they were excellent! Ryan came out to diagnose the problem. Apparently we were supposed to be maintaining the water heater by descaling it annually. The installer never told us this. He called Noritz on the spot to check whether our device was still under warranty (it was!) and ordered the necessary parts. He returned two days later to install. He explained everything to us including how to maintain the device, which was very helpful. We will be calling them again if we ever have issues with our water heater.

Ryan came out on time and patiently answered all my questions, collected the info he needed to quote me a price for either a traditional gas water heater, a tankless Noritz TR40, or a tankless Noritz TR50. I chewed on the numbers for a while, weighing the $800-1000 rebates on the tankless units plus the $300 federal tax credit extended to this year. In the end I chose the big boy TR50 and scheduled install for a week later. Ryan and Adrian came out and worked very efficiently and in conjunction with the electrician who put in the needed outlet. They worked to put the condensate drain where I wanted it and talked me through the maintenance needed to keep up my 25 year warranty. They also replaced a drippy hose bib for me while they were at it! I could not be happier with the professionalism of this team, and the quote was a couple hundred dollars less than another company that seemed inexperienced with tankless.

My noritiz tankless water heater started flashing error code ""11"" and not producing hot water on a consistent basis. Emailed ""Waterheater pros"" and they called me the next day and scheduled an appointment. Ryan called and gave me a precise ETA and came on time. He was able to diagnose the problem and explained to me what the issue was. He listened and also offered to teach me on how to do a routine flushing on my noritiz as well. Ryan was very professional, courteous and patient! Would totally recommend these guys!

These guys were awesome!! Jose and Ryan were the ones who came to my home - they were great!. They quoted me much less than another large company did and they were professional, super clean and tidy, on time and they guarantee their work! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Adrian and Ryan did an excellent job on the job from start to finish. Adrian provided a very professional and knowledgeable review about water heater options after our old water heater died. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and took time to explain everything in great detail. The water heater installation was performed by Adrian and Ryan and both were efficient and did an outstanding installation. They kept all areas clean and were very conscientious over every detail of the installation.

These guys were PROS. Jose was great helping me set up appointment and let me know the steps involved in getting a new hot water heater for my house.The two guys that came out to do the job were great. Very knowledgable and experienced. They found a couple problems with my set up and fixed them. No rain water will get to this water heater.
I will use these guys again and highly recommend to anyone who needs a water heater.

Would give more stars if I could. These guys were great. Our 17 year old Noritz water heater on our place in LA broke. Ryan came out & diagnosed . Due to the age of the unit, it wasn't worth trying to do band aid repairs. So, we decided the best course of action was to install a new unit. The unit needed to be re-located, necessitating a re-location of all connections, including electric. Ryan coordinated the electrician & re-located all of the other connections. The job was done professionally, on time and for the agreed upon price. Ryan went above & beyond to make this new installation smooth. And now the hot water works great. Would recommend these guys highly-hard to get a contractor that knows what they are doing, cares, has pride in their work & does what they say they are going to do on a timely basis--but Ryan sure met every single one of these criteria.

My water heater died on me and after much research ( done mostly by my father) we landed upon Ryan at Water Heater Pros. In three days I had a new unit installed, pipes rerouted, electricity re-routed, etc...no small task. They took care of EVERYTHING and the project turned out beautiful. We will def recommended them and will use in the future for annual service. So, so happy with the professionalism and quality of work. Not to mention the perfect clean-up and their courtesy and patience answering all our questions. Totally comfortable with these guys and highly , highly recommend to others!

After another plumber came by and had no luck with the issue on our Noritz unit, my wife called Water Heater Pros to come take a look.
Ryan knew immediately what the error code meant, and gave us hot water while we waited for the part to arrive. He came back a few days later and installed the new part.
All was done in a friendly, professional manner, and while wearing a mask.
They will be my first choice for any future issues.
