Our hot water went out on Saturday afternoon. We called Water Heater Pros on Monday at about 11:30 AM and Ryan was here by about 1 PM. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the parts on him to replace our valve. Super straightforward and easy! Highly recommend and will definitely contact them again for any water heater woes!

I contacted Water Heater Pros because my water heater stopped working and was leaking. I thought it was time for a new water heater. When they came out they told me that it wasn't time for a new heater it was just the drain valve that had failed. They ended up replacing the plastic part for a brass version. I was so grateful that they did not try to upswell me a new water heater and that they ended up making a quick easy fix to get the water heater I had working again.

Ginno came out and was able to determine what was wrong with my heater. Of course Rinnae stopped making my model of heater which complicated things, but Ginno worked his magic and with his persistence he was able to get the heater up and running at a fraction of the cost of what I had anticipated paying. My advice to anyone with a malfunction tankless water heater is to start with the Water Heater Pros and save yourself from cost and headache of using any other company. Had a leak coming from somewhere around our two large water heaters. Was referred to Jose, Water Heater Pros. Called and spoke to Jose, he said someone would try to come out by end of day. Ryan showed up, found the leak, was covered by some installation, it was the circulating system so hot water would always be in the pipes. He was able to shut off the values so leak would stop and turn off the pump. He explained that everything would still work, only might notice that we would have to run water for a bit until it got hot. He said he would get the parts and set a time to come back. He did exactly that, replaced the leaking pipe, made sure the system was clean and dry. All good. Thanks Ryan.

We made a service appointment with Water Heater Pros to diagnose one of our Noritz tankless water heaters which showed signs of a leak. Ryan was the technician assigned to our appointment. He looked at our heater and knew very quickly what the issue was and it basically came down to the need to replace it. He had one outstanding question regarding the compatibility of a replacement heater with our existing (second) heater and was open about needing to confirm his assumption with the manufacturer, which he did while he was at our residence. We really appreciated his level of transparency.

While the cost to replace the heater was high, it was in line with other quotes we received. Ryan's knowledge and professionalism are what differentiated Water Heater Pros for us and why we ended up going with them for the installation project. On the day of the installation, Ryan continued to carry the same level of professionalism and we were very pleased with the quality of work.

Our issues with delayed delivery of hot water to our bathrooms and cold spots during our showers are now gone and we couldn't be happier!

We intend to use Water Heater Pros for our annual flush going forward and highly recommend them if you have any issues with tankless water heaters!
