It's Sunday night and half way thru my shower the water goes cold then gets even colder - it's December .

I look at the Noritz tankless water heater temperature panel and it's flashing Error 14. Look up the error online and it's not good. Called Noritz Monday morning, who suggested a few local plumbers. Looked them up on Yelp and Water Heater Pros had many good reviews. They came on Monday afternoon, evaluated parts needed and of course Noritz warranty wouldn't cover the main expensive part. We had gotten a few extra years past the lifespan of the unit but everything is so much more expensive. Water heater Pros was able to rig it so we had hot water Monday nite! We bit the bullet and got a new tankless the next afternoon. They we're back on Tuesday and installed the new unit !
They were professional, prompt, very very neat and thorough. Definitely recommend them!!

I have a tankless hot water heater that was not firing. I called Jose after seeing they were recommended by Noritz. Jose was amazingly accommodating and sent someone out at the end of the day on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. My unit was serviced and we were back in business.

I am so impressed by this company. I hope anyone reading this can please turn to Water Heater Pros. A company representative named Jose called and was so professional and thoughtful. If you have a problem with your water heater, this is the company that you will want to hire. You can see their stellar reviews. It's all true. The best thing that you can do is get yourself prepared for the call. Simple questions like how many gallons is your tank, what brand is the tank, the controller. Is there any water on the floor? How recently was the tank installed? Maybe you can let them know if you smell gas. Or, if you have the directions like I was lucky enough to save, read how to do some basic prep. So, when you call and reach this pro level type company, you can move forward immediately. I hope the owner of the company can recognize Jose for his amazing work. They are honest, professional experts. You cannot do better than them.

after another company failed to show up for their scheduled appointment.
I'm glad the other company flaked- These guys are great. Ryan showed up at the promised time, immediately figured out the problem and had the parts and knowledge to make the repair. He did not attempt to coerce me into replacing the entire unit, which most companies I contacted seemingly wanted to do. They are pleasant people and want to do a great job. When I initially called they walked me through some steps and procedures with the unit to make sure they actually needed to come out....I consider that honorable and honest. The final cost of the repair was also less than almost every other quote I received from other companies......I highly recommend using Water Heater Pros.......
