Jose and Ryan were so great. Ryan walked me through everything and showed me what he was doing and why so that I know what to look for next time. They were so great with helping me deal with the manufacturer and super timely (as we were living without hot water for a couple of days).

Really, so nice, so professional, so good at what they do.

Jose, Jesse and Tony are amazing! Call this place if you have any water heater issues. I will definitely call them again if anything ever comes up and I will continue to sing their praises to whoever listens. Here's why: I am a mom of two little boys ages 3 and 6, who need baths every single night so when our water heater's pilot light kept shutting off I was so upset. After the 4th or 5th time, I finally had enough and decided to call Water Heater Pros based on their yelp reviews and availability. They were able to come within an hour or two of my phone call and it was in the evening too! Tony came right away and installed a new part to get the part running again. Unfortunately, a couple of days later the pilot light went out again. When I called, Jose immediately said he could stop by and fix it right away. When he came by he discovered the real problem and needed to replace a specific part. He did everything he could to get it fixed. He called a water heater part company but they were closed at 4:00. It was 4:15. He called several other companies but they were not able to ship the part that we needed to fix the water heater right away because of the New Year holiday. Meanwhile we were going to be about 5 days without a water heater. He continually updated me on his progress. Three or four phone calls later he said he has two options for us 1) to wait a couple of days until we get a new part or 2) his co-worker Jesse happened to find an identical water heater to ours in the shop with a used but working part. Of course, I picked the second option since we needed hot water asap and he and Jesse came over right away and fixed the water heater WITHOUT CHARGING US. It's been almost a week and the water heater is working perfectly. I'm so grateful to this company for not only responding right away but also having EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a great experience working with this company! We were visiting our daughter and could smell gas near the water heater. The gas company detected a leak and had to shut off our gas until it could be repaired. We called Julio at Water Heater Pros around noon and he kindly fit our job into his already full schedule so we would not be without gas overnight. Juan, the technician arrived within an hour. He was very knowledgeable, professional and a very nice guy. He located two hard-to-find small leaks and made the repair within a short amount of time and we were able to have the gas company turn the gas back on before the day was out. So grateful! I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

I manage a busy hair salon & spa and our water heater went out late in the afternoon on Friday. Jose (possibly the nicest guy on the planet,) met me at the salon at 6:30 in the morning on Saturday to ensure that our staff and clients would enjoy hot water.

This guy (Jose) really knows what he is doing. I would name him Guru of water heater Guru. Also by far he is really nice person I have met.

My water was not working and in this heat i needed to bath right away. Other services that i called recommended putting a new water heater which would cost around $899.00. Then i called Water heater Pros. Jose was really professional and knowledgable. He investigated the problem, fixed it and within an hour my water heater was working like brand new. Up to this date i have no complains about my water heater!!! I highly recommend Water Heater Pros to anyone who needs an excellent professional service with affordable price.

Jose of Water Heater Pros installed my Noritz tankless heater about a week ago and I couldn't be happier. I had received several proposals from other plumbers - a wide variety of prices and solutions that led me to question if any of them knew what they were talking about.
