I don't usually leave a review but I offered to write one for Water Heater Online. I hired them to install a new 75 gallon water heater for my home, and couldn't be happier with my experience. Starting with my initial call to get a quote to the completion of the job was great. Kristina who answers the phone was very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. She provided a quote that was very competitive and all inclusive of the parts that I needed. Plamen (Plumber) showed up right on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job in the timeframe as promised. While installing the water heater, he even detected a gas leak from the gas line to my furnace that was next to the water heater - and replaced the valve at NO CHARGE. Before calling Water Heater Online, I had several plumbers come by to give me quotes. Most of them..once they showed up, gave me a higher quote than the original quote over the phone. Wow. Great service. Plamen came out this morning and had my water working in less than an hour. I had a different company look at it and they said I needed a $300 part and install was another $300 but Plamen made a simpler, more obvious diagnosis and he was right. Recently had an issue with my water heater leaking. Plamen (the owner I believe) was able to give me over the phone advise to stop the leak until he was able to come out. He came out the same day and repaired my water heater. It turns out the water pressure for my house was too high. He installed a pressure control valve and solved all of my problems. Quick and affordable service. Would definitely use again.
