It was time to replace our old tank water heater for a bigger size. We had an older 30gallon and upsized to a 50 gallon. Plamen was the contact person from start to finish. Answered all my questions in a very timely manner and he himself installed the water heater and also changed out our water pressure regulator. All of the work was done in less than 2.5hours. During this Covid-19 Plamen even wore his mask the entire time and kept his distance.

Our 75 gallon water heater tank started leaking on a Sunday and so I was scrambling to find someone who could replace it. I contacted about 5 different service providers and Plamen from Water Heaters Online was the most responsive, addressed my questions, and provided a fair estimate. He showed up the next morning as scheduled (ahead of time in fact) and replaced the water heater in just a couple of hours. SDG&E would not relight my water heater due to venting concerns. My first water heater contractor did not show up for his installation. He returned the next morning, and installed and re-plumbed a new tankless water heater with full venting within four hours. Quick, clean, highly courteous, and very helpful.
