This company is terrific. I had a water line blow out and was quote $2k for a new water heater or $350 for the repair. I chose the repair, and in 10 minutes they were gone and I just spent $350??? 1 week later another pinhole leak from somewhere else, and the unit is 13 years old, so time for a new one.

I called Water Heater Online. They gave me an incredible quote over the phone, had someone come out the next day, out in a new one, took away the old one, with great customer service and fact finding before the technician (Clamen) showed up. Don't go anywhere else!!!

We received a call before the guys were to come and they came right on time. They got the water heater installed in less than 2hrs as promised. They cleaned up afterwards and even offered to help move our shelves back. The only issue we had is that they charge a 3% fee for using a credit card which was a whopping $75 on a $2,500 bill.

Plamen knows his plumbing stuff, I watched how perfectly and quickly he assembled copper water pipes when retrofitting from tank based to top of the line tankless water heater Navien. After lots of soldering it was time to turn on water, no leaks.

A few years earlier Plamen installed a reverse osmosis filtration system and fixed dripping shower faucet.

No time is wasted, work done with perfection as soon as it can be done.

Plamen responded to my email within one hour and diagnosed my problem before seeing the unit, advising me to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement control valve, which was covered under the manufacturer's warranty. When the part arrived Plamen arranged to come out to replace it the next morning and quoted me a price that I thought was fair. He arrived on schedule the next day and completed the work in 30 minutes in a very professional manner. He even reduced his price by $30 because he said the job was not as complicated as he had originally thought. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs water heater service in the San Diego area.
