2. Asked for quote at 10pm and Plaman responded in minutes.
3. Plaman came to look at water heater at 10am next day.
4. By 1pm, got a new water heater fully installed.

Thanks to the yelp reviews, I was confident in moving forward with Plaman and I'm sure glad I did. He was very professional and wasn't pushy at all. Gave me a few options on what I can do and offered to wait it out if I wanted to do research.

Already did research the night before and didn't want to wait and price was very reasonable so I moved forward and he and his team (another guy) got the job done in no time!

Plamen was very fast to respond to my request to service our water heater and change out the anode. He gave me a fast quote online then was easy to set a time and date and he was right there when he said he would be. His work was exceptional, including changing our pressure relief tubing because it was not up to code.
He was very pleasant and his final bill was actually much less than his initial quote. I am very pleased with his outstanding service and will absolutely recommend him to all my friends.

A friend referred this gentleman to help us install a new hot water system. He picked up the system at Home Depot (half the price that Home Depot wanted to charge us!), installed it for us and took away the old system. He was on time and finished he work quickly. This is the second time used them. First was through Amazon Services and was not sure what to expect. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. I had a motion moen kitchen faucet installed. Great install still works after a year. The second was for a replacement garbage disposal. This time I called Plamen directly. Lucky for me he gave me his card. He picked up the phone and was able to install the garbage disposal later in the day. Great service. Great communication between email and text messaging. Clean up. Quality service. Will use again.
