Mohammed installed our water heater about 1 month ago and I have not had a single issue. He was able to source the correct water heater for my home and even went to pick it up the same day when he realized he didn't have the correct one in hand.
The finished install exceeds my expectations and most importantly, there are no water or gas leaks. Great customer service and great prices. Thank you Mohammed!

This goes by the same company as ""House Call Plumber"". We asked for a water heater to be replaced. Mohammed came and didn't install it correctly. He then came by and we had water leakage throughout the walls the next day. We then called to show him. He first said he'd come the day of and 10 minutes later he claims he suddenly has ""no record"" of us. When I called him he then hung up the phone and denied all responsibility. We paid over $1500. He has since been sending all calls to voicemail.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. He is out to scam you and steal all your money. I have emails, texts, etc and he has now chosen to ignore everything denying any accountability. Stay away from him.

We will be taking legal action.

The first time we called was for a toilet installation, and he did an excellent job. He was polite and professional. The second time we called on a Saturday for a shower leaking water, and he told us he could come right over. He came over almost immediately, and spent a considerable amount of time making sure it was fixed. He even drove to multiple stores to look for the correct piece for us. His prices are very low, and he will keep working until it is done right. We will definitely be using him in the future, and highly recommend him to all our friends!
