my water heater busted at the seam and i had water leaking all over my garage floor ruining my boxes and spraying out the back hitting my drywall. clay called me back within 10 minutes of putting my information in angi, gave me a fair price and was at my house within a few hours. he fixed it and got me all squared away. he was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. i would recommend him to anyone needing a water heater.

Clay replaced a hot water tank for me. Although he was prompt and professional, he had left a gas pipe un-capped. When he returned to correct the problem, he did not bring adequate tools and said he would have to come back later. At that time I pointed out a problem I was having with the check valve he installed, and that I needed it replaced. He never returned to cap the gas pipe or replace the check valve, and I had to have someone else fix these problem. Would not recommend him based on his lack of follow-up to correct problems after he's been paid.

Clay the waterman installed our water heater for my parents. When the control panel literally melted and my husband called him he said he could come out in a couple days. Short store. After over 4 calls and messages over a course of 2 weeks and NO RETURN CALL. Like another reviewer pointed out He doesn't like to FIX his installations. Stay Clear..No Service after installation!!!

Had an apointment during an emergency set up for the next day. He called the day he was supposed to show up with excuses and never rescheduled. I got a real scammer vibe about the whole thing and had to go with someone else.
