They had a new pilot assembly on the truck and it was installed within minutes. Fair price for the service and great information shared. Will absolutely use them again for all water heater needs.

Doug was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. Express Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company to replace my water heater. He contacted me on the weekend to discuss the issue and schedule an appointment. He explained the process, discussed an approximate timeline, and provided regular updates along the way. He responded to my questions in a timely manner and with detailed explanations. He was friendly, professional, and did a phenomenal job. I wish he did more than just water heaters because I'd hire him for all of my plumbing projects!

My water heater broke and it took one call in the morning to get me back up and running with a new heater by 3pm.
I was lucky enough to still have the heater under the manufacturing warranty but the charge for labor was also reasonably.
Now more than ever we need to support our local business specially those that provide a good product and excellent service.

John and Doug were responsive and understanding through the whole process of replacing my water heater and did everything they could to get my hot water back as fast as possible. I will look to them for all plumbing issues going forward.

For anyone that is referred to them via their American Home Shield warranty, please note that AHS doesn't make it an ""urgent"" claim (even though leaking water sure seems like an urgent matter) so if you're unlucky like me and the water heater breaks on a weekend, you won't receive service until normal business hours pick up on Monday. Despite AHS dropping the ball, Doug and John were on the phone with me through the weekend helping me troubleshoot the problem enough to use water until they could get in to repair it.

Our water heater wasn't working, they came in determained the issue, contacted the manufacturer for me, had the part delivered to my door, came in and repaired the water heater, finally got hot water! Definitely recommend, professional, fast, accurate!!

Giving them one star is a gift. HSA Home Warranty sent them and the rep said that I must move the washer and dryer for easier exchange and access. This was an electric water heater replacement with top supply lines and removeable closet doors to this space. The rep quickly pointed out that there would be extra surcharges for supply line upgrades. There are two supply lines one hot, one cold, both copper. I have changed out water heaters myself and would have done so if there wasn't a warranty. This was an easy exchange. I called HSA to cancel them and go completely with a master plumber, but apparently they called back to HSA and cried about the loss of this job. Rather than use them, I will just pay out of pocket. What some scam artists.
