My wife and I had been planning on several plumbing projects recently. We chose Water Heater Express because of their excellent reviews. Jeremy was prompt to reply, give pricing options and we scheduled a day that worked for us.

The guys were on time and done hours faster than we expected. They cleaned up, did a final walkthrough of everything with me plus hauled away all the old stuff. Jeremy and his son provided us with exceptional service-highly recommended!!!

Jeremy did a great job with our broken outside faucet. He cut through the wall in a closet, found the problem, fixed it and then cleaned up after himself. He & his son are a pleasure to work with and we will always use them.

Awesome business! My water heater went out and it was going to be a 2 day wait for repair. Came upon the number for this place, called, and he was here within the hour! He not only fixed the issue for a very reasonable price, but he also spent the time to talk to me about how to take care of my water heater to give it the longest life possible.

I discovered our hot water heater was leaking around 6:30 pm. Jeremy communicated with me quickly, clearly explained the issue, gave me detailed options, and provided a range of prices. He was at my house promptly the next morning. New water heater installed and old one hauled away in about an hour. Very professional and fast service at a fair price. They came out and replaced my water heater in a timely manner. One thing that I appreciate they did was change the plumbing to make it easier the next time I have to replace it. He showed me how to relight the pilot light and explained about draining it.

After being informed that water heater manufacturers no longer use glass internal tanks, they all will rust from the inside out within 7 years.
Jeremy at Water Heater Express told me that these water heaters (any brand) will last way longer if you flush the sediments out twice per year. His service includes having the flush done free twice during the first year and he will show you how to do it correctly on your own after that. I have a 24 year old Heat Pump that has had it's air filter replaced every 3 to 4 months since 1997. I still have the same heat pump with very few service calls. I understand why water heaters are the same way (especially since they no longer use glass internal tanks). You have to maintain them if you want them to last.

Came home on Friday night to a leaking water heater. It was 20 years old about due to be replaced.

Called the Water Heater Express number on Saturday morning at about 10am and left a message. Within 5 minutes the owner called me back.

He was very thorough in his explanation of the services, prices and what type of heater I would need. Within an hour he was at my house and within 3 hours, I had hot water.
