Our water heater failed the same day we both came down with Covid in early December. Due to us being quarantined, we struggled for almost a week without hot water. We had scheduled another company to replace our water heater soon after our failure, and we knew we had to wait due to quarantine. Out of nowhere, the next day, they canceled their appointment with us, saying only that our technicians are injured. I looked on Yelp and found Water Heater Doctor. I called & discussed our situation with Patrick. After sending him some pictures of our existing water heater and home layout, he gave us a very fair quote over the phone for a high-quality Bradford White electric water heater and scheduled an appointment for the next morning after we were out of isolation. Patrick realized we needed a hot shower ASAP! Luke, the installer, and his assistant arrived as scheduled and installed the new water heater within 90 minutes. Good to know some companies still have this level of professionalism and customer service.

We will be recommending Water Heater Doctor to all our friends.

I couldn't believe how FAST these guys were. They came over to repair my hot water heater and their plumber was seriously done within like 15 minutes. The plumber was really friendly and even offered to show me what he did. I didn't really kind or care so I declined but I thought that was super nice that he wanted to show me his work. I will definitely call them again in the future. I was scared if a comparing taking advantage of me but these guys were honest and gave me a great price. If you need your water heater repaired make sure to give them a call.

Let me start by saying a broken water heater can ruin your day. Luckily I found this great place to get the work done right! I had so many questions and the receptionist was so helpful. After she did all she could to answer my questions, she reassured me that the plumber would know best. She was great! The plumber Joseph was just as great, he had all the answers and made me feel much more relaxed knowing I was in good hands. He knew exactly what was wrong just from my descriptions and some pictures. He scheduled my appointment and booked me as early as possible. He got everything working in a timely manner and was so kind. This company is the first I will call if I have any more water heater problems in the future! Thanks again for the great service!

I was already having a bad day when a water heater problem developed......no hot water. This was not good. I had a shower to take and clothes to wash for work. As if I wasnt stressed enough.
I looked up companies in my area and Water Heater Doctor was one of the ones I called. Out of the handful that I called they were the only one who would send someone out that day. So I patiently waited for the service guy to arrive.
After about a half hour or so my doorbell rang and there stood Joseph, having made introductions I showed him where the water heater was. He took his time and actually told me he wanted to be as thorough as possible. I can appreciate that, even if I am paying for the additional time I would rather have a thorough job get done.
Well, after a half hour or so he came and asked me to check my faucet for hot water. Lo and behold I was getting hot water. Joseph explained to me that my wiring to the hot water heater had a poor connection and although the fuse didnt pop it wasnt getting the proper voltage to work right. I was so happy it only cost me some labor and the service call.
The more I thought about it, Joseph could have easily said that I needed a new w/h and just fixed the wiring when installing the new one, but he didnt. The honesty and quality of work I received was top notch.
Whenever I need any work done like that this company will be the first one I call. I couldnt be happier with the service from start to finish.

Tried to get a repairman from Issaquah or Snoqualmie, but either they didn't return call, couldn't come out in a timely manner, or were unclear on price. So I called Water Heater Doctor and they were clear about pricing and they could come out in reasonable time. They did so and found a relatively easy fix at a good price. Fast, efficient and reliable. Recommended.

I would absolutely recommend these guys! They made my annoying situation turn good super fast! I was out of hot water and needed to take a shower ASAP, and there was no way I was about to take a freezing cold one. They were able to give me a same day appointment which saved me! Their prices were a little bit higher than some of their competitors, but there wasn't anyone else who was willing to come out that same day. I have my hot water heater on again and all fixed. Great plumbers who are educated in their field too.

Awesome job guys! Thanks for coming out quickly to get my water heater repaired. My son is super excited to take a hot bath tonight he wasn't too happy last night without his hot bath, so I am so thankful you took care of us fast.

I had a good feeling about them when I first called in. Not only was the receptionist super bubbly but also very helpful. When I mentioned that I needed hot water by at least tomorrow she said she could get a plumber out to me that same day. 


The plumber gave just as great of service. He even charged me less than originally planned because of how uncomplicated the job was. WOW! Talk about really looking out for your customers and their wallets. 


Water Heater Doctor deserves all the great recognition and more. They are reliable, helpful, friendly, and truly honest people that work there. I would never recommend someone unless I thought they were exceptional so please give them a a call! A+ and 5 stars for them!!

Great guys!

They did a good job repairing my water heater. When I called in they were able to move around a few things so that they could fit me in the same day. 

I was lucky enough that it was a small fix so they just charged me their minimum plumbing charge....which is very reasonable in my opinion.

I'm happy that I was able to get good plumbers out to my place on short notice!

We used them when we needed our water heater repaired. They literally took care of everything which made it so easy. They took the old water heater parts out, bought the new parts we needed and then put it all together. It could not have been more easy. They even sent us BOTH a text notification to let us know when they were arriving. Great guys!
