Water Heater Doctor did a great job replacing my water heater. I reached out to a few companies on Yelp for pricing and one of the companies recommended Water Heater Doctor. The price I was quoted at was much more affordable than others I got pricing from; in one case the price I was quoted was double what Doctor quoted me at! I really appreciate when a business gives you a fair price and are honest about their practices; I felt Water Heater Doctor truly wanted to give me the best service for the best price, and they did. I got a new 40gal tank with pan and alarm with a 10 year parts warranty and 2 year labor warranty for a great rate. I highly recommend Water Heater Doctor.

The crew at the Water Heater Doctor is simply awesome! I had a great experience working with the team. I purchased my home last year and knew that I'd need to replace my very old water heaters soon. Rather than risk a failure, I called the Water Heater Doctor to inquire. I was told that, based on the size of my home and number of people living in the house, I did not need to replace both water heaters, only one. I really appreciate the honesty because another company could have easily sold me two. This is a company that is more committed to building long lasting relationships than making an extra dollar. Within a few days, they came out to haul away the old water heaters and install a brand new high efficiency model. The customer service was fantastic and the techs were very respectful of me and my home. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

A friend recommended me and from the start, I was happily surprised by their amazing customer service. When I called they picked up almost immediately and were very friendly and eager to help fix my plumbing issues. I gave them a run down and explained that my water heater was leaking to which they sent out a plumber the same day to have a look. My plumber was Trevor and he was absolutely awesome, gave me a heads up of when he was going to arrive which was great. Then when he got here, he explained everything he was doing and things he was looking for. Very helpful in case I need to fix any future issues myself and he was more than happy to teach me the basics. He found the problem pretty quickly and was in and out without much issues. The water heater is good to go now and I feel pretty good about the whole experience.

These guys are awesome. They stayed late on Friday evening after working hours to replace my water heater. I recently purchased a house with my boyfriend, and unfortunately we were having problems with our water heater, so I quickly made a call to this place. They then let us know that they were sending out Keith to come help us out ASAP (and true to their word he was definitely able to come out to our place in record time!). I've been a renter my whole life up until now so honestly the thought of dealing with this water heater problem seemed really daunting, but Keith was super helpful and was able to educate me all about our water heater- in a way that even I could understand! I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know, as they have great customer service, didn't cost me too much, and were able to get everything done in a timely manner!

If you're looking for someone who actually takes their time with you, make sure to call them! I am seriously so impressed! Keith took a ton of time on the phone with me when I had a ton of questions about my water heater. He never made me feel rushed or like I was waiting his time. Not only that but when he finally did come over to do the water heater repair, he was also more than willing to explain what the issue was and how he was going to fix it just so I could know exactly what was going on. I feel like he taught me a ton and now I'm super knowledgeable when it comes to my water heater. The prices were higher than some but nothing outrageous. Often times the overall tone of our day begins at home.
Being surprised by a shower with no hot water could definitely put the damper on your mood. I explained to them what was going on and that the water heater was about 11 years of which they suggested that a new , up to date one be installed. Everyone I made contact with, from the person I talked to on the phone to the plumber were EXCEPTIONAL and very quick!

Loved the Water Heater Doctor, they did not disappoint. I called a few weeks ago for a repair on our water heater. Only warm water was coming out of the shower, not hot. We let it run for a little while thinking it would eventually get hot but nothing happened. So we called for an appointment, they have technicians all over the area so it was easy to get an appointment quickly. They were very professional and we even got an invoice that same day we called them. We definitely recommend using them and we'll use them again if we ever need to.
