Our water heater went out a few hours before expecting holiday guests (of course)! We called around to a few places and Water Heater Doctor was able to fix it on the same day, which is amazing being so close to the holidays. Ryan was so pleasant to work with! I would recommend him to anyone!

One of the things we had to do before selling our home was to get our water heater inspected and checked out. Originally they said they were full for the next two days and I needed it done more quickly than that. I ended up getting a call back from Ryan and said he actually lived near my area and wouldn't be doing it. When he came over he checked, double checked and then triple checked to make sure everything was working perfectly. Thankfully we had a great water heater that stood the test of time. Ryan was amazing throughout the whole process. We loved working with him!

Very happy with them and their service. I needed help getting my water heater repaired when we first moved in and they were able to schedule me even though they were super full. They fixed my water heater and even charged me less since it was a faster job than they originally planned. Danny is AMAZING! He is very friendly and polite. I typically don't like having workers in my house while I am alone but I felt so comfortable the whole time Danny was over. He made sure that everything was nice and tidy while making the repair. He also took the extra time to check and see if I had any additional water heater issues. This is definitely not your typical plumbing company. They do an outstanding job at a great price. Everyone who works here has amazing customer service skills. From making my initial phone call about my plumbing issue to having Danny at my house, everyone was so pleasant. This is the place to call for water heater help!

I had the best service with them. Danny answered lots of my questions (I had a lot) and he figured out my water heater was still so new and it was still under warranty. I was able to get all my parts for free and just had to pay the labor with a different company (they don't do warranty work.) So glad he helped me save money and was honest with me. Highly recommend!
