Often times the overall tone of our day begins at home.
Being surprised by a shower with no hot water could definitely put the damper on your mood. I explained to them what was going on and that the water heater was about 11 years of which they suggested that a new , up to date one be installed. Everyone I made contact with, from the person I talked to on the phone to the plumber were EXCEPTIONAL and very quick!

Loved the Water Heater Doctor, they did not disappoint. I called a few weeks ago for a repair on our water heater. Only warm water was coming out of the shower, not hot. We let it run for a little while thinking it would eventually get hot but nothing happened. So we called for an appointment, they have technicians all over the area so it was easy to get an appointment quickly. They were very professional and we even got an invoice that same day we called them. We definitely recommend using them and we'll use them again if we ever need to.

Last week Trevor came to my house to fix my water heater. When he arrived he gave me the rundown about what it would cost and what he had to do. It all seemed super reasonable so I decided to go with it. After he repaired it, he made a thorough check on all the parts of my water heater to make sure it was working well. Trevor was a good guy and got the job done fast.

Make sure to let them know if you are out of hot water cause they will bump you up on a priority list.

I'm a single mom whose life is hectic. I'm on a tight budget and I don't know much about repairing anything beyond a broken nail. When my water heater quit working and spewed water all over my garage, I was naturally upset. I figured it was going to cost a small fortune and I'd be taking cold showers until my tax refund came in. Fortunately, I called this place based on a neigbor's recommendation. She said they came right away and were honest.
When Keith showed up, I let him know up front I was on a low budget. He smiled and told me I wasn't the only one.
He went to work and when he came back in the house and said, you need a new water heater, but I got it working for now. It'll last you but you have to do this. He then showed me how to keep the heater going and how to keep the water from flooding again.
I got my refund a week later and called Keith back to do the job. It wasn't cheap, but seeing how he didn't charge me much for the lesson in keeping my hot showers while I waited and he was so accommodating, I figured it was worth what he charged. I talked to other people who have had the water heater go, and they said the price was really fair. I have an old house that needs repairs, and I'll use Water Heater Doctor when I need my plumbing done in the future.

I have gotten my hot water replaced and let me tell you ... this company is amazing! They are very friendly and come at your convenience. Keith has come to my rescue and he's been fantastic. He's always super helpful and quick to the job. I would recommend this service to anyone in the Greater Denver Area who need their hot water heater repaired or replaced. Water Heater Doctor is probably the best water heater replacement service in the metro area. When I called, they let me know someone would be calling back to give me a quote over the phone. So convenient! Keith called me back within 30 minutes. I told him my water heater was leaking everywhere, and he gave me step by step instructions on how to turn it off.

He was able to come by the next day. He brought over a new tank and took away our old one. He was fast and professional, and as far as I can tell, he did a great job. I'm so grateful to Keith and the Water Heater Doctor crew for getting our hot water back on so quickly! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great, knowledgeable company to help with water heater problems.
