Wow! Had the best experience with Mike at Water Heater Doctor. He came out within two hours of our initial call - on MLK Day when it was snowing and negative temperatures all day. He walked us through our options and was really patient with our questions. He did a great job, showed up when he said he would, communicated what he was doing and why and didn't leave until after 7pm as he made sure everything was working as expected. And he did it all without a single complaint! Not to mention, the cost was extremely reasonable. 10/10 would recommend!

My water heater was intermittently failing, and our (now former) HVAC company was doing band aids and seemingly stringing things along. I looked at some reviews, called Water Heater Doctor and got a plethora of specific advice on options for my situation, with absolutely no pressure. It was quite impressive! Most of my communication was with Mike, great to work with.

I ended up using them to replace my 50 gallon natural gas unit with a tankless, made sense for my situation. They got it done quickly, and a bit cheaper then a couple of other quotes I got. They also helped me with some insurance complications after the fact, above and beyond just a few hours of installation. This was back in August 2023; I waited until now to post this review to make sure everything was settled and working. And its all (still) perfect, very glad I found and used them. Would recommend others do as well!

Okay I'm impressed. When I found out my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced, I messaged several businesses through Yelp. One of them was backlogged with boiler requests and recommended Water Heater Doctor. Someone from their team immediately called me, provided an extremely competitive quote, and said the job could be done by the end of the day. Incredible. They definitely earned my business.

Doug was my onsite rep, and he did a great job. In my opinion, the best contractors are those that educate their customers, and he did just that. He also gave me advice on a few other house things. This company cares about being thorough and doing things right. The initial quote I received was detailed, my check payment was cleared the next day, and I got my final invoice before I could ask for one. Highly recommend!

I reviewed quite a few companies for replacement of our 15 yr. old water heater and chose Water Heater Doctor because of their high reviews. I was not disappointed with my choice. Doug was my technician that did the install/removal of my water heater. He was knowledgeable, efficient and professional with the job. He even went the extra mile to clean up floor with a dust pan & brush when the old water heater was removed. I was impressed with the job he did and would highly recommend them!

We needed our water heater serviced and in talking to several companies I landed on Water Heater Doctor due to their responsive customer service, clear explanations, and fair pricing. We ended up adding a filter to our tankless water heater and to our main water line in the process and could not have been more impressed with Mike. He listened to my questions/concerns and made appropriate recommendations without trying to upsell. We have joked since then that we wish Mike and Water Heater Doctor did a whole host of other home-related projects, as we have yet to find other companies so easy to work with!

I had a water heater replaced in a very awkward spot in my basement right next to the HVAC whoever did the job the first time left it looking like a maze.
The technician Doug did a great job, left the setup looking clean and more organized. He explained the features patiently and was pleasant to deal with.

My water heater developed a pin hole leak Monday night into Tuesday morning. I turned to Yelp and Water Heater Doctor came highly reviewed. They were the first to respond and Trevor was great to work with over the phone. I really appreciated the ability to email pictures and get a general quote over the phone right away. Everyone else who reached out needed to schedule an appointment just to get a quote, then requiring a follow up appointment for replacement. Their original estimate from two pictures was accurate to what I was given over the phone. Mike from Water Heater Doctor was out to replace the water heater, on time, and with everything he needed. He took the time to walk through everything, and the replacement was quick. Had my new water heater installed by Tuesday late afternoon. I would definitely recommend and would go with them again! Water Heater Doctor did a great job replacing my water heater. I reached out to a few companies on Yelp for pricing and one of the companies recommended Water Heater Doctor. The price I was quoted at was much more affordable than others I got pricing from; in one case the price I was quoted was double what Doctor quoted me at! I really appreciate when a business gives you a fair price and are honest about their practices; I felt Water Heater Doctor truly wanted to give me the best service for the best price, and they did. I got a new 40gal tank with pan and alarm with a 10 year parts warranty and 2 year labor warranty for a great rate. I highly recommend Water Heater Doctor.

The crew at the Water Heater Doctor is simply awesome! I had a great experience working with the team. I purchased my home last year and knew that I'd need to replace my very old water heaters soon. Rather than risk a failure, I called the Water Heater Doctor to inquire. I was told that, based on the size of my home and number of people living in the house, I did not need to replace both water heaters, only one. I really appreciate the honesty because another company could have easily sold me two. This is a company that is more committed to building long lasting relationships than making an extra dollar. Within a few days, they came out to haul away the old water heaters and install a brand new high efficiency model. The customer service was fantastic and the techs were very respectful of me and my home. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.
