The owner here is great! He was helpful and had me send off photos of my water heater so he could give me a quote. He gave me a really great price to install a tankless water heater. I have run out of hot water many times with a tank heater and the money was well worth it to me to upgrade to a tankless. He sent out one of his best plumbers, Pat, and he did a great job. The project did take around 5 hours so just make sure you have the time off for it you go this route. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Water Heater Doctor!

I am really pleased with Keith. He was kind and patient when there were certain things I didn't understand about water heaters. When he arrived he made sure to give me a rundown and didn't start working until I understood every step he was doing to repair my water heater. It's working good again. VERY great service!! I was so happy that I found such an honest water heater company. Their plumbers were really sweet and showed up right on time too! Since I needed a new water hater I thought it was going to be kind of like an all day project and have to be stuck in my house waiting around. Well they were able to complete the job and get our new water heater in UNDER ONE HOUR! I was so surprised!! But also happy that I wasn't having to wait around my house for them to be done!! One of the plumbers even mentioned he had 15 years of experience so I totally felt confident that the job was done correctly with care. If you need a water heater replaced I would seriously choose them they are THE BEST! Thanks so much guys!!

So happy I found Water Heater Doctor! They helped turn on my hot water again! I was trying so long to find someone who could make it to my house that day and I ended up getting lucky because they were one of the only ones I could find that were available. Every person I talked to on the phone was super nice and helpful. The plumber who came out was also super friendly and professional. We just moved into our ""fixer-upper"" and quickly found out our water heater wasn't doing its job. I found this company on Yelp and called. The response was quick and friendly. The plumber came out the next day. Prompt, professional manner. Thankfully, the heater didn't have to be replaced and with some adjustments the guy made, the hot water began working without a hitch. I will keep Water Heater Doctor's contact info on file...just in case there's a next time, I will use them again.

Two weekends ago I was taking a shower when my water turned freezing cold! It was a Sunday morning and I had a feeling I wasn't going to be able to get hot water back on until at least Monday night. I decided to try my luck with Water Heater Doctor and to my surprise when I called them they actually had one technician that was working that Sunday that came over to my house!

I was super lucky because my water heater was still relatively new and I just had to get a new part to get it to work again. The plumber that did the repair was really nice and knowledgeable. He had been doing this for a while so that made me feel even more confident when he started doing the work. I would recommend giving them a call for sure!

I was really happy with how every single staff member was so friendly. Since I had to call back a few times I spoke to the receptionist, the manager and even the owner. The only thing I can say is that I don't have one bad thing to say about them. They were all so friendly and personable. I ended up talking to the manager the most and he set me up with one of his best plumbers to repair my water heater. Well his plumber was.. guess what?! Super friendly! He fixed the pilot light and had it back on within minutes. I would definitely use them again!

Very happy with them. They don't try to overcharge you or sugar coat anything when it comes to the price or the work that needs to be done. I knew that I was going to need a new water hater since mine was so old but I wanted a break down of what everything was going to cost and what they charged and why. Their guy Keith was very honest with me. At the end of the day were they the least expensive? No. But at the end of the day they were the most honest and forward plumbers I talked to. Most of the other ones were giving me the run around or saying that the price could change or go up once they get my place. Anyways , Keith got there and was friendly and did everything he was suppose to. The space around my water heater and the water heater itself look pretty dang good too. It's nice to have good customer service these days. I feel like it's rare. I full recommend them when you're having problems with your water heater !

Awesome people for a water heater repair. They did a fantastic job and where pretty cheap compared to the others I talked to. They fixed my water heater when other places told me I needed to replace it. Very honest and friendly staff

These guys are great! I called them last week to come to the house and inspect our water heater because I could not get it to turn back on. I tried reviewing videos on YouTube and fixing it myself, but I just couldn't get anything to work. Jerry was our technician and he figured out our problem immediately and fixed it. He followed up his work by explaining exactly what our problem was and how to avoid it in the future. He also recommended what to do when we upgrade our water heater in the future. It's hard to find good help when it comes to household work, but I'm glad that we found these guys. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.
