Customer service has become even more terrible. Two months I've been trying to get a simple question answered about the safety of newly purchased filters which cost hundreds of dollars. No one seems capable of even basic communication skill over there. We deeply regret installing this water system in our home.

We had Water doctor install our system when we moved in 7 years ago.

We had nothing but problems with their system. Our water pressure was so bad that we couldn't run a sprinkler and ANYTHING in the house at the same time. And the filtering system they used had to be changed every other month!

They came out quarterly to maintain the system but would not tell us when they were shutting off the water despite asking them several times. Their system is a proprietary system so no other plumber could work on it.

We engaged Treat Plumbing to rip out the system and put in a different one. Now we have lots of pressure and the filter only has to be changed once a year and no quarterly maintenance is needed. Plus any plumber can work on it and get parts.

I do NOT recommend Water Doctor at all.

Showed up on time, knew what he was doing, had everything he needed. He was polite, efficient, and friendly. He left his work area clean and we had excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

Had issues with our well water since moving in. Contacted many companies for help and after one company leaving us with a hefty bill we were hesitant to call anyone else. We were referred to Water Doctor from a neighbor who stated they used them and would trust them. After debating, we decided to give them a call. From initial meeting all the way to final install we could not be happier. Jeff was very understanding, patience and helpful. He even took an hour out of his own time to help us with diagnosing some other issues we had with our well. The numerous installers, were very friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole install process stress free for us. Now it's a matter of time waiting to see if what was done will truly help solve our issues.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable company that truly cares about it's customers! They are a shining star for all other companies to follow!

They destroyed my bathroom wall while replacing the faucet. When I called to talk to them about it they said they would call me back. Instead they blocked my phone number and blocked me from Facebook. $1000 they charged me to destroy my wall.

They gave me a strong sales pitch trying to sell me a whole house filter and an instant hot water heater. I am so glad I only had them do the faucet, but wish I had not hired them at all. I will be following up with all the relevant authorities.

There is no excuse for this. If the wall was not solid enough, they should not have done the job.. but the wall was actually pretty solid (albeit stained) . I think they destroyed it when they hacked up the 2X6.

I checked various systems and looked for one with no maintenance, which I was assured this was. NO IT IS NOT. $5000 AND $150 EVER OTHER MONTH ON TOP OF THAT. CRAZY. i had a system lined up for half of this cost, with no maintenance, and this is the lie I went with. Experienced Professional Buyer - scammed. I suppose since I am female, he thought he could bullshit me, and he did. Don't be fooled. I did my homework, and took him at his word. The cost has climbed progressively each visit. The salt is double what you would pay in the store. 10 bags of salt pellets every two months is absolutely excessive.

Shane's desire, willingness and ability to provide unparalleled customer service are admirable, refreshing and much appreciated. He is promptly responsive to all forms of communication - texts, emails, and phone. He listens carefully and dialogues expertly to ensure understanding. In order to problem solve, provide appropriate solution options and check on quality assurance, Shane has made several personal visits to my property. I am a retired person over the age of 60 who has dealt with many professionals for various reasons throughout the years. Shane Peterson has a 5 star + customer satisfaction rating from me.
