I had an emergency (going on 2 weeks), as another plumbing service was assigned through my AHS warranty. Needless to say, the company they assigned was awful, bad reviews, only showed up once and said they would be back, they never returned. I had a severe kitchen leak, kitchen cabinet under the sink is now pretty much destroyed. I kept following up with AHS to get my issue taken care (5 calls) and refused to go with the original company, Aaron's Plumbing, they assigned Water Control, Sean called me Saturday evening, said he would be there Sunday morning, not only did he reassure me I would be taken care of, he showed up and fixed everything. Very reliable and trustworthy, he even provided his cell number for any questions, etc.... Great job and I highly recommend!

I just had a really great experience with Sean and Josh. They expertly and professionally diagnosed the leak in my kitchen faucet and were able to get and install a brand new replacement from the manufacturer. I would not have known that my previous faucet was under a lifetime warranty without them. They were also very communicative and responsive - and I found this refreshing especially having dealt with other less responsive service providers in the past. Highly recommended!

Josh from Water Control Plumbing came prepared and was very professional. After Chicago lifted the mask mandate he came wearing a mask which is much appreciated. I was assigned this company through AHS (home warranty company) to have my toilet and shower faucets addressed - both were leaking. Josh efficiently identified that I needed 2 new parts, he replaced them, and my leaks are fixed. Throughout the process Josh was very personable and explained what he was doing and why. AHS does not pay for caulk replacement (the caulk at the base of my toilet had to be removed to replace the wax ring) but Josh explained to me how to do it and which products to try.

Same day service! I filed a claim with AHS and they called me seconds after (not exaggerating) and scheduled for someone to come within the hour. Josh arrived on time, wearing a mask (and kept it on the whole time) and was very professional. My kitchen sink needed to be rodded out and he took his time and got the job done. Very knowledgeable as well. Would definitely recommend.

This company is by far the best plumbing company I've ever had the experience of hiring. They are very detailed oriented. They explain not only the problem but how to avoid relatively similar issues in the future. Both Sean and Josh are excellent at what they do and I refuse to get service from any other plumbing company!

They have now gone on to respond to my google review claiming ""fake review"". What a sham of a company. It's one thing to do bad work and own up to it, but to do bad work, then harass your customer via late night texts, then lie online and try to claim that a review was fake is a different level of awful.
