He's a great guy, wonderful personality, and a straight shooter. Showed us what needed to be fixed, while leaving other stuff that was fine. Found the most cost effective solution for us, and got the job done fast. He and Kevin are a great team and could tell they enjoy working together. You could even tell the city inspector respects Mike, which says a lot in that industry! I would highly recommend Mike to anyone needing plumbing services!
Nathan J.Mike is great! He was very personable and arrived early for our appointment. He showed me some basic troubleshooting because I requested to know. You can tell he is obviously interested in helping people take care of their plumbing and their homes. He removed his shoes before I even asked or thought to so my flooring wouldn't get dirty. Price was fair I felt.
Dave B.Mike is totally awesome. He had installed a water heater last year and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately a part in the heater malfunctioned. A rarity with the model I got.
I called Mike up and he swung by to look at it. He told me it was still under warranty and would get another part. He had trouble in locating said part. But he hung in there and expedited the thing so that we wouldn't be stuck without hot water. This was a Friday afternoon, so we were worried about having to go the weekend without.
I highly recommend this company and especially Mike.
Tracy S.I can not recommend Mike at Water Cents highly enough! He replaced our hot water tank a few months ago. Did a great job, showed up early and charged a reasonable fee.
But today, he outdid himself. We returned from vacation to find water leaking from our second floor bathroom into the kitchen wall. Mike scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning (so we wouldn't have to take time off work). He showed up promptly and quickly fixed the leak. The bill was very reasonable.
I wouldn't consider using any other company for our plumbing needs. Thanks Mike!!!
