Not senior friendly. I'm an 84 year old widow. I called them to find the problem and repair the water supply from my catchment. Low water pressure and pump would turn on any kine time during the night with no water usage. Two guys came out, looked around and said I have ""leaks"" in the faucets, shower, inlet pipe, etc. I showed them a backflow fixture a friend said should be reinstalled. The plumber wanted to know who my friend was, because the suggested Backflow fixture was the wrong one. That surprised me because Wasson Plumbing installed that exact backflow when I had to temporally use a portable water tank as my storage tank because the main water catchment liner had fallen in. Long story short I was charged $180 to be told I had leaks. No repairs done.
