My husband scheduled someone a week and a half from yesterday (Saturday) to come and help with a clogged toilet (note: my husband is handy and had already snaked it; I had already put enzymatic de-clogging powder and solution down the toilet bowl), however with the quarantining, we couldn't wait. I found Farid (Washington Rooter) through Yelp. He was very prompt in his reply and open to following up via text with exact scheduling (which, for me, is a plus given that I barely pick up my phone due to telemarketers). He arranged for a time the ***next day!!!!!!*** (so, Sunday) to come and have a look. Farid was extremely efficient with his diagnosis and even shared with me what he fished out (toilet bowl cleaner dispenser that hangs off the side of the bowl), as a means of educating me that an in-tank option might be better. He also noticed low pressure in the bathroom he was working on and quickly checked pressure in all our bathrooms and an outside spigot. Verdict is that we could use pressure relief valve (PRV) tuning to improve pressure in the house and decrease extremely high pressure in spigot outside of the house. Will definitely be contacting him to come back and finish that work. Highly satisfied!!! Would recommend to the closest of family and friends!

I highly recommend Washington rooter. My kitchen sink was backed up...called Washington rooter and they provided a reasonable quote. I texted them my address, and within 15 min they were at my house. In another 10 min they were able to unblock food clogging the drain 50 feet away.

I called and the owner, Farid, answered right away. Said they could come clear our storm drain this afternoon. Farid arrived when he said they'd be here and cleaned it out quickly and thoroughly. He was very straight forward and clear with what they'd be doing and how much it would cost. The guys didn't mind my little girls watching.

I have a rental property in Seattle and called a different company for this same service (hydro-jetting) and it was several hundred dollars more than Washington Rooter charges (another company I received a quote from was the same higher price). Farid and his crew are my new go-to company.

Super good service. The workers are very professional and friendly. They helped me fix the pipe under the bathtub with a minor cut of the drywall. We asked three plumbers to estimate the repair. The rest two said they need to remove a huge piece of the drywall with much higher prices. Washington rooter just made repair simple and reliable. They completed the work quickly and also showed me the condition of the sewer line under my house. I definitely recommend Washington Rooters for people who have plumbing issues that need to be fixed.

I would recommend this company without a nanosecond of hesitation. Farid, the owner, is supremely knowledgeable, helpful and willing to be accommodating when the unexpected happens - he's delightfully, refreshingly, and unusually reasonable. He and his crew are also very efficient and did great-quality work - they plumbed two bathrooms and a kitchen for us, and fixed a cut water pipe. They did a great job, deftly worked around other contractors without any complaint, and left the place immaculate. I'll absolutely call Farid any time I need any plumbing done.
