Konstantine recently installed a new hot water tank for me. His plumbing work was A+. It was a work of art. What impressed me the most was how clean my garage was after he was done. Among all the contractors I have worked with, he is the only one who left my garage cleaner than before he entered it.

Above and beyond! We had a couple of plumbing issues that we couldn't figure out and Konstantine was recommended to us. He came out, fiddled around, fixed our issues without having to use special supplies or tools, AND DIDN'T CHARGE US! No house call; no nothing! Who does that anymore? He's done excellent work for some of our neighbors as well. I'd use Washington Plumbing and Heating again in a heart beat.

I was really impressed with the level of professionalism and just plain kindness of Washington Plumbing and Heating. I woke up to cold air blowing out of our registers on a bitter cold morning. The house got down to low 60s over night and the heater was not responding. I tried a couple things (unsuccessfully) and ended up calling Washington Plumbing and Heating for help. They talked to me over the phone and tried to troubleshoot with me on the phone before saying they would have to come out. They came out that afternoon and figured out that I hadn't been servicing my heater properly and my filter was so clogged the fail safe and turned off the burners. (Mea culpa.! In my defense the filters were in a really weird place!) Anyway, they had to do some work to get the fail safe reset but did fairly quickly and brought out a new filter from their van and showed me how to access it (again not simple!) and instructed me to start changing it at least every three months. I will definitely be doing that for now on. The tech was super nice, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend them.

Oh added bonus: now my roommate's allergies have disappeared.

We've used this company several different times. One was to replace a gas water heater and the job was professional and reasonably priced. The second time was when we had trouble with our sewer backing up. Turns out that the guy that built our house was too lazy and/or cheap to replace the last few feet of sewer pipe where it connected to the main. Konstantin did all he could to fix the issue before we finally had to dig up the street and replace the decades old pipe that had been completely clogged by tree roots. It wasn't cheap but he gave us discounts as he tried very hard to find a cheaper solution to the problem. Thanks City of Seattle for passing the inspection on old sewer pipes. I will definitely use them again. They are super professional and do quality work at reasonable prices.
