We called Earl at Washington Home Doctors to come fix our leaky toilet. We had gotten it looked at by 2 other plumbers who told us that we would likely have to cut a hole in the ceiling of the unit below us in order to fix the leak. Luckily we had WHD come before moving forward with that because Garth looked at our toilet for just a few minutes and told us that the problem was just a leaky pipe off our toilet that needed to be replaced and caulked and we'd be good to go without having to go cutting into our downstairs neighbors ceiling. It saved us a lot of headache and I am so glad we called them! They helped out with 2 smaller repairs including the toilet handle and a broken drain stopper thing in our other bathroom (I clearly don't know the technical term lol). Earl gave us a quote upfront. Just make sure to call Earl if you want to add any small projects to get a revised quote as you go! Thanks Earl and Garth!

Can't say enough about what a great job Earl did in replacing the out-of-commission water heater in the house we just bought. During the course of the install he discovered multiple gas leaks in some very old pipes, so he went out in the middle of the job to get the necessary parts and rebuild the gas line. I think he must've been here about 8 hours longer than he expected to, but he was very dedicated to seeing the job through so that we could get a hot shower in on this very sticky day. Great guy, highly recommended!
