Washington Energy identified that there were businesses that sold products and others that installed them, but none provided a full-service solution.

Washington Energy Services team did a fantastic job with a new furnace and AC unit installed in Jan 2024. Miro, Leo, Trevor and I'm missing someone else. They worked through less than ideal conditions with snow, freezing rain, and frigid temperatures. They never complained. They are professionals, friendly, and a competent team.

The install aligned with quoting/buying process. I received updates throughout the install and we all felt very at ease. After completion they walked me through the job completion checklist. Everything went as the expectations set my JJ our sales rep. I recommend Washington Energy Services for home heat and AC installation. We are happy with WES.

Stay away. Left us without heat when our furnace went out in Seattle in December for two weeks. We had to call for updates, they said they had to order parts, parts arrived, didn't fix the problem. Three visits over two weeks and no heat. We had to call them to ask for updates, ask for status, etc.

We called a competitor - they were at our house in 10 hours - fixed the problem on the spot. Noting that the ""problem"" diagnosed by the other firm (and their parts) was not the problem. They had all parts on the spot - done in an hour. Do not waste your time with Washington Energy Services. They are a scam and note the extensive negative reviews and complaints with the BBB.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before calling them and not wasted my time. They serviced the furnace in my house in July, and now November we have a gas valve deficiency which leads to minor gas leak and odor lingering around in our house. PSE diagnosed the problem & said that WES should've found this at the time of service. Well, they DIDN'T. I called WES and they said it's already out of warranty window which is only 30 days!! I agreed to pay them to come over and take a look during weekdays but they cannot give you a specific time during the scheduled date, just any time from noon to 5pm. WE HAVE TO WORK TOO!! What's worse is they said they'd call before coming but they would just show up out of the blue when you are not home!! They charge double for weekend call and have very limited availability so we would have to wait for 2 weeks NO HEAT if we want them to come on weekends. Pure ridiculousness!

This company installed a gas fireplace insert (Archgard) and an on-demand hot water heater (Navien) in our home on Vashon Island. However, they do not offer repair or service work where the installation was done.

Just had my house air ducts cleaned. Daniel (and I think Anthony) were the crew. They were nice and professional, but after they finished, I turned on the furnace and checked the vents. Two of the vents had no air flow. I thought the point of cleaning out the air ducts was to CLEAN OUT THE AIR DUCTS. I showed the 2 vents to Daniel who had no explanation why there was no air flow. Not sure what I paid for. Very frustrating and disappointing. Now what am I suppose to do?

I called after my water heater failed (no hot water in the house). I spoke with Dee and she was extremely helpful and polite on the phone, said she would put me on the ""do not cancel"" list. Suggested I wait for ""Dave"" because of his experience level. I sent photos, she explained there was a rebate that I was eligible for by end of June, etc. Dave was busy and the soonest he could come out was Wednesday, 6/28, between 10 and 2. I took the day off work and at 4pm, I still hadn't heard a word from Dave or anyone else at WES. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Alan. He called Dave and Dave was stuck on Camano Island and would need to reschedule. He didn't realize this before 4:30pm? So much for customer service. I will never use this company. Very rude to cost me a day's work AND then recommend I use someone else because I said I didn't want to take another day off of work. Beware and make sure you read the complaints on the Better Business Bureau site.

We'd used them four years ago to replace our windows. They were about 40% the cost of Renewal By Andersen for the same Andersen windows, were professional and courteous throughout the process, and we haven't had a single problem since.

So when we wanted to put in a heat pump system for efficient heating and cooling they were high on our list. We got four bids, and once again they were the least expensive, in this case by a 30% margin. They explained our options well, came up with some creative solutions (we're an old house with old vent-work which they bypassed for the ductless pumps but used for a top quality air filter), and did the job quickly and efficiently. They've checked back a couple of times since to make sure everything is ok, which it is, and it's been really nice to heat our bedroom on some cold nights and cool my western facing home office on some sunny afternoons). When the permit inspector asked before they came over who our installer is and I told them, they said ""They do really good work.""

Definitely recommend them to others and in fact already have.
