This firm, Washington Energy Services, was very prompt in getting back to me, coming for an estimate and in doing the work. Their personnel were all polite and personable. I'm satisfied that the work they did was well done and code compliant. However this came at a cost. I paid $980 for a GFI circuit added with one outlet to a bathroom. That feels like quite a high price for a simple job.

When my furnace stopped working on a freezing day, Daylin came out yesterday and got it to work. Then when there was a leak from the attic, and I called this morning, Joshua came today. They were very capable and courteous young men. It was a pleasure to work with them.

I had mini splits installed in February '23 and it was the best BIG money I have spent on my house ever. I will say that I also had a bid by two other companies, one represented Costco and the other was Greenwood. The Greenwood bid, for exactly the same thing, was a third again more expensive. I even called them (GW) to find out what made it so much more expensive and they offered to lower the price. Don't even bother... just go with Washington Energy.

Highly recommend. I used WA. Energy several years ago when I lived in Lynnwood. At that time I purchased new gas furnace, water heater and windows. The window installer was my only problem (that was when they used outside sources). He didn't have a helper as was required. I ended up helping him and I had my arm in a sling from surgery. The installer was fired, of course he called me and blamed me. Several of my windows had to be taken out and reinstalled correctly. The installer did not even do trim around my windows like it was before. I called Wa. E and they were all over it. They had everything corrected within a matter of days. I was so happy with everything.
Now that I live on the Peninsula now and WA.E is in my area I was able to use them again. Everything from my first contact with Kelly to the installers went smoothly. Kelly kept checking up to make sure the guys were here and started to the finished product. The guys were friendly and funny. I would use them again in a heart beat. They now have their own installers

I am not easily impressed, but this company is outstanding! I requested bids to install an EV charger from 4 different companies, 1 of whom was a no-show. Brent from Washington Energy was by far the most thorough and professional and gave me complete confidence that they were the right company to hire. Daniel and Cornelius did the install and they were on time, polite, professional, efficient and finished earlier than estimated. They did a great job and the city inspector confirmed that they did an excellent job. I would absolutely hire this company again! The interactions I had with everyone in this company were above and beyond - I'm definitely impressed.

Fast, polite and well done! The office responded promptly to my on-line inquiry and had me scheduled in 2 days for a non-urgent repair. Bronson and Josh called exactly 30 minutes before arrival right on time. Explained what my options were re: the repair. And also upgraded the bathroom and kitchen circuits to gfi. They were done in a little over an hour. I appreciated their transparency on pricing.

Highly recommend and will use again if needed.
