We hired Washington Construction Concept LLC in March 2023 for a complete interior home remodel. Removal of popcorn ceilings, wallpaper, carpets, sinks toilets etc. His crew completed deconstruction and began installing tile. He walked off the job in June having completed approximately 60 thousand dollars worth of work. We paid him 125 thousand dollars and we are out 65 thousand dollars. He took his website down and will most likely open a new LLC under a different name. He also did not finish another house during this same time. They paid 160 thousand dollars.
