Zero Rating, Simply Fraud! No Good Customer Value and Approach. I am a new customer, called to hook up my icemaker refrigerator. I was told because I was a new customer, I have to pay 85 dollars/hr. But they ended up charging us more than necessary for a job that did not take up to 30min. When I asked for an explanation, the staff, ""L,"" was mad, arguing, and yelling at me over the phone. But, when I kept saying, I would need you to explain that bill, she passed my call to another staff member who called and stated, ""how can I help you? When I explained, She states, ""Do you want to pay the money or not? I responded, ""You know what, If all you want to hear is whether I will pay or not because you have my credit card with you, then fine, take your money, and I will never use you, people, again."" staff states ""fine, we are taking our money, amount: 269.99, have a good day.""

I was always very happy with this company. Over the last few years I have spent over 5,000 dollars patronizing their business. I called today saying that they needed to come back out because what they did a few days ago didn't work. The owner SCREAMED at me and insinuated that I was lying and I always do lie. I have now called another company to come out today. I will never do business with them again and will not be paying my outstanding bill, as I have another company to do it. I am very disappointed and upset.
