During the repair, water overflowed into our living room. He handled the initial cleanup, though it was an unexpected inconvenience for us to thoroughly clean afterward. After completing the job, he sent us pictures and videos of the work done in the crawl space to show what had been completed. His experience with houses in the neighborhood that have similar plumbing made the process smoother.
