Can't recommend highly enough!!! Such a great experience. I had the day off and wanted to get three stopped drains flowing again. Found Warrior plumbing on Yelp and they gave me the best bid for the job. They arrived within 45 minutes and were in and out in less than an hour. Shower and two sinks are draining smoothly. They even taught me tricks that would help keep the drains clear. How cool is that! Great job! If you have plumbing issues, I recommend you give Warrior Plumbing a call. Great service!!!

Called Warrior Plumbing. They responded to my request extremely quick and provided me with an estimate that blew the other quotes out of the water. We had a pin hole leak in one of our copper pipes. The Rcy came out right on time and was very respectful and pleasant. He went to work quickly and finished the job up in a matter of no time. He was clean and thorough. There seemed to be a lot of back and forth when I tried to schedule the work. I had the impression that the owner/manager committed to our job and then was scrambling to find someone to do it. After about a week, and shortly before the appointment, I received an email telling me the rebuilding kit was no longer being manufactured and that a replacement was the only option. I did not move forward with Warrior and instead found a local company to order the rebuilding kit.

I needed a simple valve installed on the main line running from the city meter to my house, inside of the meter box. By all accounts, a pretty simple job, but definitely beyond my skill level.

I contacted a bunch of companies through Yelp, and got many quotes that were way higher than Warrior.

Turns out they have a much larger company and do a lot of commercial work, but are branching out into the private sector.

I asked why their rate was so much cheaper than others and I just loved Jainie's response. She said, ""It's a simple job and should take us about an hour. And we charge $100 an hour."" Honesty and transparency...Very refreshing.

I booked them for that afternoon, they came on time, and took about an hour. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

Short story:

3. Made it within the two hour window.
4. Professional & courteous crew.
5. Quick & clean work.
6. Took many forms of payment.
7. Did not leave me a surprise in the toilet. Har har.

Long story:
Soooooooo, one day I'm sitting in the bedroom reading some Shakespeare (when I say reading Shakespeare, I really mean playing Words With Friends like it's 2005) & I hear the toilet still running. So I go to sleep.

Fast forward 2 hours & I wake to the sound of the toilet STILL running. I go over to investigate & find that the ballast thingie thang is all leaking & such. This being California with the whole water conservation thing going on, I knew I had to get some professional help. But the cheapskate in me decides that I'm a somewhat competent guy & can do it myself. A few searches & a bunch of youtube videos later, I realize that I'm not kidding anyone about fixing it myself. I need experts.

So I do a yelp search for a plumber based in my area (you know, to give local peeps a chance) & find Warrior Plumbing. I hit them up via Yelp for a price quote & they respond in a timely manner (within the hour, I really didnt expect them to answer so fast) with a quote. The price was reasonable & some of the other shops said they needed to send someone out to get a look-see before they could quote. Totally reasonable.

I decided to go with Warrior. I talked to the rep & she gave me a time window. Lo & behold. The team made it within that small window. I work in software development, & I gotta tell you. Estimating work including impacts from other work ain't no easy thing. They promptly come in. Let's pause here.

They took of their shoes! I only really expect that from my Asian friends or friends that were in relationships with Asians. Professionals, I definitely have no expectations of them doing it. They're here to work. So, awesome sauce on their part. Unpause.

So they take a look & tell me that, yeah, they can do. They just gotta go get the part. They leave & come back within a respectable amount of time. I've done the drive back & fro. They weren't lolly gagging. They get to work & finish in record time. I'm not an expert, so I don't really have any real comparison here.

I check out the work & it's perfect to the best of my knowledge. The toilet works great. The work area is clean & tidy. They took the old parts with them, so my petite trash bin isn't filled with old leaky toilet parts.

They mention that in the future, I should replace some part or component. They didn't give me the whole rigamarole about how it's urgent & the house will implode if I don't fix it tomorrow. They just said to call back & they could give me another quote. Very nice IMO.

They took Venmo, which is super convenient. For some reason, I always have some cash monies in the account & it was nice to off load it. We confirmed the payment & we shook hands like gentle folk & got on with our lives. All in all, a great experience.

I worked with Warrior plumbing on a sink issue. They were extremely responsive, efficient, professional, and easy to work with. They are exactly what you hope for when dealing with plumbing issue. I can't recommend their services enough!

This is a excellent Plummer. I tried to change my own shower faucet and ended up messing it up i called everyone in the yellow pages no one could come out until Monday except Warrior Pluming. He fixed my shower and charged me a reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
