I would give less than 1 star if I could. I originally contacted him in 7/20 and received a quote for the job, including the work that he did not do. When COVID calmed down and things got back to more normal, he changed the price and added another $425 (3/21). At the time that he was repricing he would have known that materials were not available for a portion of the job. I should have been notified at that time, and that portion of the quote should have been deducted. He had also told me originally that he would do the painting when I asked him about painting. When he arrived he wanted more money for the painting and told me that he couldn't remember what he told me. (Very sly of him to not have that written into the quote.) When he arrived and did not do parts of the job (that were written into the quote), he did not want to deduct for those portions. (Also, I had a professional painter look at the job today and he commented that the joints in the work were not correct. He told me that he cannot correct it because bondo, etc. would not stick to PVC.) Your son (not Warren) did this job, and he was struggling with it. I could see that. He's a very nice young man, but he should not have been brought in to train on someone's home. Also, when Warren left my property he locked my storeroom (which was unlocked purposely). Also, a 5 gallon bucket of exterior paint disappeared from my storeroom. I am now chalking this up to a very bad experience. But, I will share it widely. People have a right to know. We all work very hard for our money, and no one likes to deal with dishonesty.

I have used Warren Williams for so many home projects and have been consistently impressed, and now I call them for all sorts of jobs small and large. Warren and David built my deck, put in a new shower, installed a toilet, installed a new vent hood (my range only had a grease fan). I'm probably forgetting something! They're basically on speed dial. Warren also was able to provide a referral to a great painter we loved. And now we use the painter's wife as our housekeeper. So happy to have found Warren!
