Dana G.They came to our house THREE times and NEVER fixed our problem. Our pipes were backing up. Each time they said there was a different problem. The first was roots were growing into our pipes. We followed their instructions and continued to have problems. The second time they only looked at our dishwasher (something they didn't look at the first time, nor mention) and told us it was draining properly. On their third visit they didn't arrive on the scheduled day, nor contact us they weren't going to arrive. They tried solicitating our neighbor for work. In the end they said there was some blockage. When we called the office to try to negotiate a discount since our problem hadn't been fixed, they said if we didn't pay the bill in full they would purse legal action. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
