I cannot say enough great things about Edwin and his team. I had a main line back up and needed it cleared out. I called this morning (Saturday) and Edwin said he could come between 12-2pm. He was arrived at 12:15. He snaked my drain, cleared the line and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes.

The issue was tree roots because I have big beautiful, annoying trees in my front and back yard. He informed me that this could be a bigger issue and said he would put the camera down into the pipe to find out if I needed additional work. Living in a older home with this amazing trees, I knew he very well could find a mess. And he had the opportunity to tack on additional work and fees. He did the opposite. He found that his fix worked and did not suggest any additional work be done. I love the honesty, it is extremely hard to find these days.

While I don't want additional problems to arise, it is comforting to know that I have someone to call when I do.

I was in need of a repair to the main water line coming into my house. I had called another plumber that came out, dug a hole, did not identify where the leak was exactly, told me he needed to get tools and that he would need to break up the walkway the pipe was under. He also quoted me $3000 - $5000 to do the job! So I called Warranted Plumbing to get another quote! Luis was at my house in a matter of hours! He found the leak, suggested a repair that would not entail breaking up the walkway, agreed on a reasonable price, went and got the materials needed and I had the repair done before 5 pm! I was thrilled. They left the area completely clean and put it back ""together""! Luis was professional, courteous, informative, and he got the job done quickly so I could get the water to the house turned back on! I highly recommend him! I will be calling them first from now on if I have any plumbing issues!

Our main sewage line was backed up. Edwin Rivera..... This man is a genius. He gave us the full diagnostic after running the camera down the pipe. ROOTS!!!! Yes, we had to replace the line. Less than 24 hours after agreeing to terms Edwin got the City Permit approved. Everything was PROFESSIONAL from Edwin's Crew, their Quality of work and reliable Communication. Called regarding a few gas pipe leaks found after I had been smelling gas and bought a leak detector on Amazon. The woman who picked up was extremely nice and helpful and said they could be there in 2 hours. Eliel arrived early wearing a mask, was very nice, professional and knowledgeable, and talked me through my options. He completed the work very quickly and for a very reasonable price. They ended up capping off a gas line that had a leak and installed a new valve behind the dryer that had also been leaking. He then tested the new connections for leaks and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left. It's been about two weeks since and still no leaks. Would definitely use Eliel again.

They helped us out on a leaking pipe coming into the house from the main line. We had to shut off water so we needed someone asap and it was 2pm. They were the only available plumbers that could come out the same day, others were the next day. They came within an hour and immediately repaired the line in less than an hour. Wow! so impressed with this company first of all with the quickest response on a Sunday call answered by Edwin R and having him to look at the job was needed in my house next morning and have to job completed on Tuesday around noon came with a great group of technicians replace two shower valves with new handles and fixed two rocking toilets in two of my bathrooms not only that but also fixed water line in one of the lavatory sink. Great personality and explain everything very clear and also spoke Spanish! Very happy with their services! I would highly recommend this company
