I have seldom had such good experiences. I am late writing this review, but last June our garbage disposal started leaking in the middle of the evening. We needed it replaced ASAP. Warranted arrived early, and finished then replacement 15 minutes faster than they said they would. Totally amazing and totally worth it.

This review is long overdue. They don't call themselves Warranted Plumbing Services for nothing?. I had a serious plumbing problem at a rental property and I had Edwin and Jose came out to fix the problem while I remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms. Unfortunately right before the job is completed?, the plumbing? problem came up again. I was gonna call them again and looked for the receipt to find their #, and there it was - 30 days warranty on the job. So I gave them a call, Luis said, no problem, we will send them out again on Monday morning. Sure enough, they came and this time, they double checked everything to make sure everything is fixed. We had every faucet, toilets, and the washer going at the same time and no problem whatsoever. I must say, 5 star plus.

We needed an emergency seismic valve installed in our home so I reached out to a few plumbers on Yelp to receive quotes. Edwin replied to my message within minutes & was out the next day. He gave us a quote but we still wanted to get a few more quotes before we hired him. Out of the 3 different quotes we received Edwin's price was the best! So we had him out the next week for the job.

Edwin was here first thing in the morning & got the job done in under an hour. He also wore a mask which was nice. Edwin did an amazing job. The city inspector who had to sign off on his work for the permit even stated how good of a job the plumber did. We are very happy with Edwin & I would recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Loved Edwin! Saw him for an estimate for a water heater and also for installing a whole house water filter. He's definitely a guy you can trust. Gave honest opinions others have not mentioned.. I felt like he was very respectful of my time even though I had someone else present for air conditioning. He was right on board with other pricing that I have seen. You can tell how genuine he is with his conduct. Fast, and I mean fast responses to my needs consistently. Wouldn't mind using him for other problems I might have in the future.

Just OUTSTANDING! We had an emergency stoppage (the line from the house out to the sewer had become clogged by tree roots, etc.) Warranted Plumbing Services was out to the house in less than and hour and quickly fixed the problem at a reasonable cost! Luis was very professional and thorough (and both technicians were following COVID-19 protocols). Can't say enough great things about this team!

I had an emergency plumbing situation during a compression valve swap where the water could not be fully shutoff to the house. These guys answered and were able to get service out to me in about an hour. I was ready to get absolutely hosed given it was emergency work but the rate they charged was completely honest and did not reflect any predatory markup like I expected. In addition to this the tech was kind enough to lend me some plumbers putty and provide me some tips on the remainder of my installation/project (Tech was Juan Chavez.) This was overall a very positive experience and I'll be bookmarking them in my rolodex for any future issues.

I had a great experience with warranted plumbing. They were able to come out at a convenient time. A quick and free estimate was provided. I needed a new faucet- which I was able to purchase the same day and when I called back to make an appointment, Juan was able to return within 30 minutes. The job was done fast and I am very happy. I would use warranted again. I had called warranted because my normal plumber could not come out for several days and the leak in my house could not wait several days. I would use warranted again for sure. Great customer service from the person who answers the phone to when the appointment is booked and the job completed. Thank you so much!
