I filled out an online form and within minutes got a phone call to schedule an appointment for the following day. The next morning I got a call that they were available earlier than expected. Bonus! Shortly thereafter, José and Eliel arrived. What we had anticipated would be a major, messy repair stemming from a leak in an upstairs shower that was showing itself in the wall of the floor below was found and repaired quickly by these two professionals, and for a VERY reasonable cost. Warranted Plumbing Services will be our go-to plumber here on out!

Contacted on Yelp; set an estimate time for the same day. Luis came by ten minutes before my two hour window started and immediately offered to come back if he was too early. I appreciated both the punctuality and the consideration. He took off his shoes and left them on my front mat-- again, very considerate-- then looked at the issue in my bathtub. It turned out to be a simple fix for which they already had the part on the truck, so with my approval for scope of work and cost, he got right to work. The fix took about 20 minutes, and the bathroom was left exactly as it was when he came in-- no mess. I was left a written description of work performed, including the name of the part. 10/10 for work performed as agreed and wonderful costumer service. I'm wary of letting people into my home, and it's nice to be reminded that there are still trustworthy tradespeople out there.

Luis and his team are amazing, thorough and easy to work with. They rerouted our main water line in less than a week and he also installed a whole house water filter for us.

Could not say enough good things about Luis and his team and we highly recommend this company. Luis also took the time to thoroughly and clearly explain the job in great detail when comparing to the other quotes we received.

This one where I wish I could give 10 stars. I think we were really lucky to get Luis and his partner on this one, not sure another plumber coulda/woulda pulled this off. It's hard to put into a review how much Luis and his partner saved our butts, on Saturday of a 3 day holiday. I'm like the 4th string property mgr backup for a rental my ex-wife owns, (very long story). On Friday the renter calls my son, who is out of state on vacation and says that water is leaking out of the ceiling. After a ton of unanswered call on a Fridy night, we get Warranteed Plumbing to come out next morning. I can't believe Luis was even able to find the leak in the attic under the insulation back behind some framing, just with an out stretched arm he made a video of the pinhole leak in the copper pipe (that I had installed 35 yrs ago, remember ex-wife LOL) There was absolutely no way to get to it. I said what now?, Luis said give me some time to look further. They were able to get to the pipe in 2 very cramped spots in the attic each spot was about 4 ft from the leak and the pipe wasn't straight. Their plan was to cut out 8 ft of pipe with 2, 45 degree angles in it, make up an identical pipe and patch it in. I was envisioning tearing half the house apart to get to the leak, but their job came out perfect with no other issues. After breathing a sigh of relief he also stayed around long enough to fix a leaking shower valve and install a washer drain standpipe for the new washer that just happened to get delivered that day. AND the bill was way less than I expected, way less.

Highly recommend! I had a clogged main sewer line emergency, and Edwin was very helpful and responsive. He quickly came to my home to give me an honest free estimate that was $500 less than another plumber I had called. He got the job done fast and left my home and yard clean of debris. He explained my situation and options well leaving me very confident in my choice to use his services. I would use him again, although I hope to not need to! :)

Giving these guys our highest rating since they quickly came out on a holiday weekend, diagnosed and fixed a slab leak (using a jack hammer, then repairing pipe and the concrete), and they replaced our old hot water heater. We were back to normal in less than a day, and they didn't charge us extra for the new tank, or for working on a holiday. Edwin Rivera and his team are the best.

I cannot say enough great things about Edwin and his team. I had a main line back up and needed it cleared out. I called this morning (Saturday) and Edwin said he could come between 12-2pm. He was arrived at 12:15. He snaked my drain, cleared the line and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes.

The issue was tree roots because I have big beautiful, annoying trees in my front and back yard. He informed me that this could be a bigger issue and said he would put the camera down into the pipe to find out if I needed additional work. Living in a older home with this amazing trees, I knew he very well could find a mess. And he had the opportunity to tack on additional work and fees. He did the opposite. He found that his fix worked and did not suggest any additional work be done. I love the honesty, it is extremely hard to find these days.

While I don't want additional problems to arise, it is comforting to know that I have someone to call when I do.

I was in need of a repair to the main water line coming into my house. I had called another plumber that came out, dug a hole, did not identify where the leak was exactly, told me he needed to get tools and that he would need to break up the walkway the pipe was under. He also quoted me $3000 - $5000 to do the job! So I called Warranted Plumbing to get another quote! Luis was at my house in a matter of hours! He found the leak, suggested a repair that would not entail breaking up the walkway, agreed on a reasonable price, went and got the materials needed and I had the repair done before 5 pm! I was thrilled. They left the area completely clean and put it back ""together""! Luis was professional, courteous, informative, and he got the job done quickly so I could get the water to the house turned back on! I highly recommend him! I will be calling them first from now on if I have any plumbing issues!

Our main sewage line was backed up. Edwin Rivera..... This man is a genius. He gave us the full diagnostic after running the camera down the pipe. ROOTS!!!! Yes, we had to replace the line. Less than 24 hours after agreeing to terms Edwin got the City Permit approved. Everything was PROFESSIONAL from Edwin's Crew, their Quality of work and reliable Communication.
