They are crooks. They tore up my whole back yard. After they were done a guy asked me to pay him. I did. Meanwhile the other crook got the charge slip. Even though they promised my yard would look great when they got done, I was helpless, because the credit card company said they did the work. Never, ever use Warfel. My husband spent thousands repairing our back yard. Warfel crooks.

Just purchased a home a month ago on well and septic. Called Warfel's to request a septic pumping and ended up needing a new lift pump. Both Chuck and Eric were very knowledgeable and kind in explaining how our septic system and aeration system work and patient enough to explain it to both me and my husband. Came the same day, and performed the pumping and repairs despite a full schedule already. Pricing was very fair. Would HIGHLY recommend (and already have to a coworker) this company!!

They put in our septic tank when we built our house in 2005. We've since paid for their ""maintenance"" package every year. They come out 2x a year to check on things and we've only had to replace one part in all that time. We receive a discount on that since we sign up for their maintenance package. The guys are friendly and I love their prompt service. I'd highly recommend them.

This company pumped our septic system and we were pleased with their service. Scheduling was easy and they arrived on time. The location of our septic cap is a little tricky and they helped us expose the area with minimal damage to the surrounding perennials. Price was very fair.

These guys are bullies. They use the scare factor once you get on their list. ""If you do not have this serviced every year we can turn you in"" then they send the maintenance agreement.
