I called Ward's for no particular reason. I had a septic problem and I didn't know who to call so I took a chance. Mike happened to be in the area and was able to come right away which was a very welcome surprise. I thought that I would have to have the septic system pumped out. Mike took a look at the problem and identified that it was nothing more than a completely clogged drain. He cleared the clog - which was a massive clog - and told me how to take care of it myself the next time there was a problem. He was professional and courteous. He was not inexpensive but not outrageous considering that he was able to come promptly and addressed the problem. Should I have septic problems again, he will be the first person that I call.
