Lee M. Boca Raton, FL The incompetence of Ward's Plumbing is staggering. They have major internal communication issues, and they broke everything they touched. I needed a new salt treatment system for my house, and my water treatment company recommended a revised configuration for the outdoor pipes and valves supplying the new salt treatment system. I convened a planning meeting with Ward's, my water treatment company and myself to review the new plumbing configuration. These pipe and valve revisions were not properly communicated from the Ward's plumber in the planning meeting to the Ward's plumber who actually did the work. Ward's plumber completed some, but not all, of the required revisions, but my water treatment company was able to complete the additional revisions when they installed the new salt treatment system. Immediately after the work was completed, the water pressure in my master bathroom shower decreased by about 50-75%. When Ward's looked at the shower, they diagnosed the problem as a damaged cartridge due to debris entering my home's water lines as a result of the plumbing revisions. I had a spare cartridge, but installing that cartridge didn't fix the water pressure problem. Ward's said my spare cartridge was not the right part. Ward's plumber re-installed the original cartridge, but the water pressure dropped to zero. Ward's then ordered and installed another new cartridge, but that also didn't fix the water pressure problem. So, now I am stuck with taking showers with 50-75% reduced water pressure as compared to prior to the time that Ward's did any plumbing work at my house. The sink cold water faucet in another bathroom also lost water pressure after the work Ward's did to our outdoor pipes and valves. Ward's plumber cleaned out the cartridge in the sink faucet which improved the pressure, but the water pressure was still diminished. After Ward's plumber tinkered with the faucet some more, he broke the cartridge and the water pressure dropped to zero. He recommended getting a new bathroom fixture.

This is our second time using Wards Plumbing. Very very happy with the work. The first time we called late at night and the owner set us up with an appointment for the next day. 2 plumbers showed up and they changed all of the angle stops throughout my condo (they were about 30 years old!). Very friendly and very meticulous work. Today was the second time we used them. My husband called first thing in the morning and they gave us an appointment within the next 2 hours and a very reasonable quote. The plumber who came over was Sean. He changed 2 of our bathroom faucets to the new ones we had purchased online. He made sure to care for our marble counters and nothing was damaged. He even helped clean the rust stains underneath the old faucets before installing the new ones. If we ever need a plumber again, we will ask the owner to send Sean. We are Very happy and I highly recommend this company if you live in the Palm Beach County area.

Once again I needed Ward's - Jimmy and Ryder were here promptly at 8:30 - I had a mess as a tree root had grown into the line where the washing machine drains.....they fixed the problem - installed new pipes and as always cleaned up after. This is the best company in the business in my opinion. Thank you Ward's Plumbing. Nan Thompson

DO NOT USE WARD'S PLUMBING!! I give them ZERO starts but it is not a Yelp option! Called Ward's Plumbing on Thurs for a small job to hook up an existing water line in my garage which required him to turn off the electric to the hot water heater. Guy came & did the job for $325. As he was leaving, I noticed, the house had no water. He said he forgot to turn it on. And so he did. But what he failed to notice was that the electric hot water heater did not go back on. By Friday night, the 40 gallons of hot water that were in the tank were used up & I had ZERO hot water in my home. I called Ward's at 7A this morning (Sat). The answering service said she would give the message to the owner that we had NO hot water & that it was urgent to send someone today to fix it. I waited 1 hour and then called back. She said she would again, give my 2nd message to the owner. After not hearing back from Ward's Plumbing after 2 urgent calls, I called another plumbing company who sent a plumber within 2 hours. The new plumber assessed the situation & said the thermostat had been blown out. The 2 complaints I have are: that the Ward's plumber left my home without checking to make sure the hot water heater was on & working properly before he left (as it had been when he arrived), & Ward's did not care enough to even return my phone calls. Under no circumstances could I recommend Ward's Plumbing, who used to be Integrity Plumbing. Bonnie R. Boynton Beach
