Diana has been part of Ward Water for 15 years. Her career started in the field by installing water treatment solutions, well tanks, and submersible pumps. With the growth of the business, the need arose for an experienced office staff, technicians, and customer service lead. For the last 6 years, she has directed daily operations, scheduling, addressing technician inquiries, ordering supplies, and she still assists on-site during significant jobs.
