Diana has been part of Ward Water for 15 years. Diana started her role installing systems focusing on water treatment systems, pressure tanks, and submersible pumps. As the company expanded, there emerged a demand for knowledgeable office support, technicians, and customer care manager. For the last 6 years, Diana has overseen the daily functions, scheduling, managing technical calls, placing orders, and continues to support with hands-on work during significant jobs.
