The two gentlemen that came out could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. Could not be happier! We bought a house inherited some plumbing issues and thus could not provide much history or information. Every issue was resolved in a single visit and Chip explained how to prevent a couple of issues from reappearing.

Look no further! Seriously! Chip installed a whole-house water filter (see picture-clear water!), replaced hot water heater, relocated water-shutoff valve to the inside of the home and capped off a pipe. He listened. Not only did he solve the problems I explained to him, but he took the time to explain what he was going to do. Everything he did was on the mark! I have a lot on my plate but when I engaged Chip, I did not have to worry at all from start to finish. He did what he said he was going to do in the timeframe he said he would get it done. Put in a new tankless hot water heater. It is gas (previously had 80 gallon electric heater) so they had to run line from gas tank to my utility room. Every thing was done efficiently and it works great. Never run out of hot water now and the water temperature is so easy to adjust. I am very pleased with the job Ward Plumbing did and highly recommend them.
