This team is very responsive and does a great job. My old water heater stopped heating well recently. I called Ward Plumbing late in the day and was given an appointment for the following day. They came out to verify the size, ordered a replacement and replaced it same day. I wasn't expecting it to be that easy. Less than 24 hours after my call I had a new hot water heater and a hot shower that night. This isn't the first time I've used Ward Plumbing and they've exceeded my expectations every time. They're quick, thorough and each employee I've worked with has been great.

Ward Plumbing is the only company I call now when we have any plumbing issues. They are professional, arrive when they say they will, the pricing is very reasonable and fair and above all they are very honest. I needed a water heater a couple of years ago, so I bought one myself and they came out and installed my new one and did a wonderful job. Fast forward to about a week ago, and that same water heater went out (manufacturer dud!) and I called another company and got the run-around and they were severely over-priced! The next morning, I took care of the warranty with my bad WH and got a new one and Ward came out the same day to install the new WH and an expansion tank. Today, a week later I had something else leaking (separate issue) and they came out and got me all fixed up again! I couldn't ask for better service! Thank you Ward Plumbing!

So on Monday I heard water running and it turned out to be my master bathroom toilet...it was leaking into the ceiling downstairs so this was urgent. I contacted Ward Plumbing and they walked me thru turning the water off and everything that I needed to do until they could get here. James and Matt showed up and took care of installing me a new toilet and all the other things that I decided to get replaced. They did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend them and Ward Plumbing.

Great old fashioned American company and reliable. They replaced my water heater in no time. I have an odd sleep/wake schedule because of my work hours and they were very respectful of that. When I went to check on the new water heater they were already finished and closed the garage behind them. Reliable, dependable, on time, and do great work. Recommend!

I found Tom Ward Plumbing on my NextDoor app. They were the highest rated and I needed a plumber fast. They came out within 2 hours of my phone call. TJ was very pleasant and professional. He fixed my problem in 15 minutes, using parts he already had to save me money. I will definitely call Tom Ward Plumbing again.

I know you only see a few reviews on YELP, but check out Google and how highly rated Tom Ward Plumbing is. I had a leak next to my water main and they fixed it in under an hour. I called at least 8 other companies in the area, with about only half responding. Mr. Ward suggested the most cost effective fix and it ended saving me at least 50% compared to the nearest competitor. In fact, two of the other plumbers suggested work costing 4 to 5 times what I was charged for my simple leak issue. Needless to say, Tom Ward is now my plumber and I will be telling EVERYONE how wonderful this company really is. They will not try to gouge you for work that is completely unnecessary. They are professional, quick and very cost effective. What more could you want?
