Zach and Josh are amazing! We had a slab leak and were having a horrible time with leak detection as well as plumbers that would give us a reliable quote vs. it may be this or may be that. Zach came over, walked through our home, got up in the attic to diagnose his options and gave us a firm quote and walked me through every step of what they were planning to do to repair the leak. He arrived on time and was very friendly, they performed the work, cleaned up their mess and walked me through everything they had done to make sure I was comfortable with it. I was even able to add on a few items that were on the husbands honey do list that Zach and team took care of. I'm so thankful Zach was recommended to me and I'm so thankful we now have a reliable plumber we can call who I don't have to second guess if they will show up or do a good job. If you have a plumbing need don't hesitate to call Zach and Ward Plumbing. Having a slab leak is extremely stressful and then dealing with the contractors on top of that is exhausting. Ward plumbing was recommended to me and Im so happy they were. I had a cieling leak and called them to come check it out. They arrived in time, were very friendly and professional. The leak was in a very tough spot and very tiny. They worked very hard to find it. They were very reasonable price wise as well. I would highly recommend them.
