Really, at this point, I think these people are completely overpriced and somewhat incompetant. I have been using them since we moved into our house in Berwyn 17 years ago. They have replaced a kitchen sink (which was done reasonably), fix a leaking toilet (which just uses twice as much water per flush now), they completely raped me over a gas line run through less than a 6 ft distance, and this most recent time, it took them 3 days and $1200 to fix a clogged drain. I found this ridiculous and while I am not a plumber, it was obvious what was really wrong with the drain... the cast iron pipe, which he commented on on day one but took until day 3 to replace it. The damn faucet still drips after he said he would order the part needed and I haven't heard from them since. Will be looking for a new plumber after this one.

Called to have a leaking pipe fixed. Servicemen came out to look at leaking pipe for 5 minutes and said they unable to fix it. Received in the mail a week later for a $120 invoice. Charges were never discussed prior to receiving this invoice. Called to discuss about this charge and person on the phone was very rude. Did not offer up any explanation on why a 5 minute look at a pipe that they did nothing about costs $120. Highly would NOT recommend this company. Good riddance indeed.

These guys (Chris & Brent) are great! Twice I have needed Burnside Plumbing and twice they have come through. Last week, my basement toilet was non-functional with sewage backing up onto my bathroom floor. My main sewer line was clogged. 100+ feet, snaking for four hours cleared it out, success! Thank you!

These guys are the absolute best! My heater broke and they came out and had it replaced in a day during a terrible snow storm. They are so friendly and very informative of what's going on. So professional and I highly recommend them for heating and plumbing.

Ward D. Burnside & Co. has been incredibly responsive and reasonable. They have spent the last year working at my rental property bringing it up to snuff, particularly in the last few months as I had made the choice to sell it. Their prices have been reasonable and they have provided me with alternatives to save money while still achieving the items required for sale. Everyone with whom I've worked has been very responsive. Eric has been the primary plumber with whom I've worked and he even came out on emergency one night, resolving the problem at minimal cost. I highly recommend them.

Ward B Burnside does not have a expertise in water heater repair and troubleshooting.. I had one of there technician come to fix my water heater, within few minutes of looking at the water heater he advised to replace a water heater & wiring for 2200$ + cost of wiring a 2500$ project. Did not fix anything for 100 $ consultation fee..

My electrician came fixed the wire and connection to water heater for 65$ in 15 minutes.. Ward B Burnside are technically weak and do not understand what they are doing. Very dissatisfied customer.. I will never use them again.
